ZERO STARS!So unprofessional, beyond unorganized and very rude. I had a 250 person wedding with multiple businesses involved, and this was by far the worst I had to deal with. I could go on and on for days about how horrible I was treated and the lack of customer service, but I’ll save it and just say, don’t use them.Just one short story to show how I was treated, the day before my wedding, one of the helpers the owner brought told me “ he would solve the problems and have all my tables and chairs picked up.” THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING! After they had been paid in full! You don’t say that to a bride!! I couldn’t sleep the whole night before my wedding, scared they were going to vandalize all my hard work because of the way they left me feeling. So unprofessional of them, and I will never forgive them or forget the way they made me feel. Thankfully everything worked out, but I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to go though what I felt with this business on my wedding day. I hope this helps another bride navigate the rental company she uses! Highly recommend Burner Custom Designs, another local company!

Would not recommend! Since the beginning the lady was late to all appointments and had my wife and myself waiting outside her store many times. The day of the wedding my wife’s bridesmaids did not get the bouquet they had initially agreed on and also had the wrong color bow. Decorations for the wedding reception looked great. However, I also hired waiters through her for the wedding day. During the reception they did not have all the waiters I had paid for. The most frustrating part was that she had some of her own workers(not waitressing) in the kitchen eating the food for my wedding before my own guest had been served! Once my guest were served, some of the waiters were rude and unprofessional. My own family had to step in and help serve the guest which was a disappointment because it defeated the purpose of hiring servers! I wish I would have read her reviews before hiring her! Lastly, she is very confrontational.

If there was a choice of no stars I would put none !! Worst experience EVER !!! First off, She gives you a sample of your flower bouquet & the day comes & you get something totally different. Totally frustrating for being the bride. My own bridesmaids had to purchase flower bouquets at the store & create one that I had initially had send pictures of before hand. Secondly they catered our wedding (worst mistake) instead of serving food for the guests, they served themselves first. Some of my family members had to Step in because they weren’t prepared at all. Plus they were rude & slow. Overall worst experience I had to go thru on my wedding day.I would NEVER do any type of business with this place EVER again. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. I repeat D O N T waste your time with them.
