After previously visiting a different repair shop and getting a $150 estimate to have my phone’s charging port fixed, I decided to get a second opinion from iPhone Repair Hospital. After explaining what the phone’s problem was, the lady at the front desk took my phone and had it fixed two minutes later...Yes!!! Best of all FREE of charge! She explained, all the charging port needed was a cleaning to get rid of some lint. I found these people to be very honest, polite and respectful of my money. Will definitely go back to them with any other phone/tablet issues.

Walked in there this morning too see what was wrong with my phone and turns out it was just needing a cleaning in the charging port they got too it right away thank you so much and the pricing was amazing will be coming back for all my phone repairs!!

My daughter took her phone to get repaired here based off of prior reviews. Shes had it four months with the new screen and it has lifted, and now her phone doesnt work at all. She took it in yesterday to be replaced and they did not do it due to a scratch that is on the screen that cannot been seen unless its under a bright light! To say we are disappointed in the service is an understatement! We didnt even want a new screen we simply wanted it fixed or tightened. I will never recommend this place to anyone again. Please make sure they tell you about their real 6 month warranty (none) if you go here.

My daughter shattered the screen on her iPhone 6s. We brought it into the shop and it was fixed in 40 minutes,for a reasonable price. The gentleman there was super friendly, he even replaced a piece of the phone that was missing free of charge. I recommend this store 100%.

I needed to get my iPhone X repaired and thought it would be expensive and time consuming, but I was wrong!! They repaired it in and hour and it was SUCH a good deal!! They were professional and friendly!! I will be returning the next time a shatter my screen (which I’m sure will happen again).

Had my iPhone X screen replaced here. I wasn’t sure which replacement screen was the best for this model. They explained the difference between the available replacement screens, and did not try to sell me on the most expensive screen. They were honest and made sure to walk me through everything involved in replacing the screen properly. I was extremely happy with the work performed, the efficiency of the work, and the pricing. I would strongly recommend this Company, they went above and beyond in my opinion. I will definitely be using them for any needed repairs in the future.

I had to give a rating otherwise I would have given 0. Took my daughter’s iPhone 7 Plus in and had the screen replaced. They broke the front camera when replacing it said that it was already broken when it wasn’t. Well a few days later the phone stopped working and they have a 6 month guarantee. Said the phone was water damaged and not the screen. Well my brother in law does repairs as well. I had him look at it and said the screen was the issue and there was no visible water damage. They didn’t honor their warranty and lied about the phone being water damaged. I won’t ever go back there.

Took my phone in to see if camera focus problem could be fixed. I know they spent a good amount of time trying various hardware fixes, but the problem ended up not being hardware but software based. They did not take any money for their efforts. Amazing! This place is the best, and I cant recommend it highly enough.

I have been going to iPhone Repair Hospital for awhile now. I carry their cards with me because of the service, pricing and how I am treated. I try to keep my business in town with the local businesses because I don’t feel like “take a number and we will call it sometime today or tomorrow”. They normally fix my phones while I wait or I pick them up within the hour. We have a lot of phones and now I have quit paying the insurance on all of them because the iPhone Repair Hospital can generally fix them cheaper when it’s all said and done and I’m not without a phone for a week and NO monthly charge. Add up the money you pay for the insurance and all the hassle they put you through and you will see you will save money. They also carry many things that you can’t find at the large phone stores. I don’t write reviews very often because I get terrible service from people that don’t have interest after the sale. I can’t express how warm and friendly they are and go above and beyond to get the job done. The next time you have a problem with your phone I would ask that you do yourself a favor and give them a try and then give a review. I know you will be as happy as I’ve been.

So I have a month old iPhone 5s, I end up letting it slip off the end of the sink and it was completely submerged in water for a couple seconds, I thought my phone was broken for sure and thought I was going to have to drag myself up to the apple store and pay a hefty price to get my 5s fixed... WRONG found this place and boy am I glad I did, not only was it fixed and like brand new but! for only 40 dollars, I dont know anywhere else that will do it this cheap. they saved me a few hundred dollars, The owners/people were very nice and helpful and to make things even better they stayed open later just so I could come get it. I will be taking all my apple products here from now on.

I shattered the screen on my I phone so first thing I did was call IPhone Repair Hospital. I have taken an ipad to Joe in the past and he did a wonderful job. I went Monday afternoon and the wait to get my phone fixed was only about 45 mins. Best of all Joe had a special going on so It was quick, easy, priced extremely reasonable and my phone was a good as new. Apparently iPhones do not bounce! This is especially true in regards to cement. But... luckily there is a little place in Turlock that is fast, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommended! Finished replacing the screen in about 15 minutes - looks brand new!

I went here to get my Iphone screen replaced after having it done somewhere else. The first place tried multiple times and left me with a screen I couldnt see with sunglasses on and a button that didnt click. The guys at the Iphone repair Hospital repaired my phone for 50% cheaper than the other place and its as good as new. I recommend only using them for your iphone repairs.

IPhone Repair Hospital was superb! I took my iPhone in since it had dead spots on the screen since the last repair at another shop. He told me it would cost me $39 and that I could pick the phone up in 30 min. I came back 30 minutes later but he only charged me $20. He informed me that the last guy that replaced the screen did not connect it correctly and he did not use the correct glue and that was the reason for the dead spots on the screen. What a class act! He could have charged me the full amount and I would have not known the difference. The phone works great now and I was really impressed with the professionalism, the expertise and the honesty of this guy. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any issues with iPhones, iPads etc...

I called around a bit before dropping into iPhone Repair Hospital and to be be honest i planned on asking a few questions and coming back after i check out a couple other repair options for my daughters iPod Touch (4th Gen). But the Owners knowledge of the issue and professional manner made me feel comfortable enough to just pull the trigger and take care of the issue right then and there. My dad took his iphone 6 here dude to water damage. They were unable to fix the phone so returned it WITH missing screws and stated that is how the phone came which is untrue because my dad had never touched the phone to begin with . They took the phone apart, lost the screws, and claim it wasnt their fault . Never returning to here again, where it is a store run by unprofessional children .

Looking for a place to get an iPhone or iPod repaired without getting ripped off can be a daunting task to say the least. I am extremely glad I came across this business during my google search. Brought two iPod touches in to repair cracked screens. Every other place I had called quoted minimum $180 and a week to repair (none had screens in stock). When I called he said he could repair both for $120 and it would be done in 2 hours. Well I was sold. When I brought them in he was extremely knowledgeable on what the problem was and how to repair the iPods. 2 hours later my iPods were ready and he even spruced up one of them by changing the screen to white but leaving the black button (does this on request) which looks awesome. Any future problems I have with my Apple toys are headed to this shop. Oh and he also has custom colored screens for iPods and iPhones ($99) so if you are tired of your white or black screen go custom with a purple, yellow or green one.

Professional, Courteous, Honest and Friendly, and all of the other words that describe a great business. A nice little shop, very friendly and informative, he fixed my iPhone screen in about a half hour. I waited while he did the repair. He was kind enough to hook me up with a white face with a black home button which looks really nice and unique. He swagged up my iPhone with the nice colorway recommendation and I am very pleased. I am sure I will be doing business here again many times. I am one who is very much into electronics and in turn always breaking electronics :) I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great repair shop when it comes to their Iphone or smartphone, and the list doesnt stop there! They fix xboxs, (red ring of death) smartphones, iphones, and a whole bunch more stuff! Just give him a call or stop on by, he was very helpful on the phone, and even cooler to talk to in person. I am so stoked i found this repair shop/jewel in Turlock! I am sure i will be frequenting his shop in the future. I am pretty sure they are the only place that fixes iphones in Turlock.
