Customer service was extremely rude, they disrespected me by raising their voice in a uncalled for manner when I had a question. They asked me if I couldn’t read because they put up a sign I did not see. Also, disrespected my dad who goes through them with a lot of work and money. Customer service needs to go through customer service training because whatever you guys are teaching them it clearly isn’t working.

I ordered a 12 foot material lift. Went to pick it up and it was a 10 foot material lift. I explained to the gentleman helping me load the equipment that a 10 foot would not work. And that this would hold my job up. His response was “oh well“.
