They never called me back after me calling 3 times

Watch out!!! Dont let these guys scam you!!My experience was similar to someone going to an autoshop to fix their car and the workers trying to upsell you when the job is really an easy fix. My computer completely shut off one day and wouldnt turn on. It would charge, but the screen would stay black. I took it to Computer Guys hoping to fix the problem. It was a $45 diagnostic fee, if they found the issue, then the fee would get waived. It turned out, the motherboard was completely fried and would cost $499 for a new motherboard including a $199 labor fee!!Ya no... found a new mother board online for $150 swapped it out myself. Yet, it still didnt work. What it turned out to be, was the power button being damaged which cost me $50 online. I saved money and I did not get scamed. My laptop is back to normal with the original motherboard and new power button.Do your research people!
