HIghly recommend!! Friendly, fast and trustworthy. . I live out of town but I call them to have my daughter picked up at the train station and drive her to Stan state. Each times they have taken good care of her. Dropping her off at the gate of her apartments and waiting for her to safely unlock and go in. Also telling her to call her mom. Now thats Impeccable service. I will always use A-1 Taxi.

My wife called this bunch to get downtown, and was told she had a 15 minute wait. 45 minutes latter, still no cab and was told to wait her turn. She saved $10 and ended up taking a bus. When she needed to get back here she tries A1 again, and promised a 15 wait, and got the same results. No cab. She is now on a bus back here. Do yourselves a favor and learn the bus routes, because if these guys cant tell time, it makes me wonder how they got a license to drive a cab. They even blocked her her number, or refuses to answer her. When I called them to complain, they will not be accountable for their actions. All I got was arguments, and excuses.

Very bad service! I tried to schedule a ride for another person Which has been a huge difficulty in the first place and when I finally got it scheduled they confirmed it with me but when my boyfriend called later that night to make sure he was going to get a ride they had told us they didn’t book the ride and that we couldn’t pay with card which is what we had earlier agreed on.

This guy said he took credit card but instead took me where I wanted to go then said I forgot my card reader, only cash! He made me late for work and told me he would find a gas station so I could get cash back. It was ridiculous! Wont use this service again! On top of that, when I complained, the manager said that there was nothing he could do and hell talk with them... are you serious?! Definitely would not recommend this service!

Driver came quickly and was both polite and friendly. He knew the small street I wanted without a map or navigator and took the PERFECT route through Turlock to get there, the most efficient possible to where I was going (more efficient than I would have taken myself - I didnt realize where streets connected and he did). Couldnt ask for more.

I have used this company before in the past and have always had a good experience. It has been a few years but tonight I had made arrangements for a ride and the driver was very polite and friendly. No complaints at all about that aspect however tonight was slightly different. As my daughter and I stood outside waiting expecting a usual phone call approaching the drivers arrival the call never came. We stood in the COLD waiting and eventually discovered that the driver was already parked and waiting. How was I to know this when I received no phone call and the car was unmarked. The driver did not know where he was going (not even to the clearly marked on ramp of the freeway) and he said it was because he was fairly new to the country which I understood and at first had no problem with. I ended up having to give literally street by street directions and even with that the driver ended up making a complete turn (followed by another) when I had clearly stated TWICE (well before we approached the intersection) that he would need to make a U- turn at the light. By the time I got to my destination I felt inconvenienced and a little irritated that I also had to pay fare for all the wrong turns etc. I feel that I should not have had to pay the full fare (a reasonable deduction of $2- 3 would have been fair). Again I understand the driver was new but I was not traveling outside of town and what literally should have been a 10 minute drive ended up taking nearly 25 minutes. He also drove well below the speed limit which also racked up my fare. Very frustrating but the drivers polite and kind attitude made it hard for me to speak my mind so to speak haha. Im sure in time and with more experience he would be an all around fantastic driver. So. On a scale of 1- 10 (10 being the best experience ever) I give the actual driving a 5 or 6 and i would rate the driver himself a full 10! Thank you A1 for your service! It was much appreciated but I also suggest investing in a GPS system. I WOULD still use this service in the future because one somewhat bad ride does not outweigh all of my past excellent experiences with this company.

My husband and I went shopping for some food after we were done we and we were told that he would come and get us in about 15 to 20 minutes and we were waiting for about 1 and 1/2 hours so we called back up and they said that they would send another taxi to pick us upand they said they would take 20 minute to get us and it took them a another hour to get us and I said if they could send another taxi sooner and I told them that we have food and it was already 1 hour over and when we got back home with the groceries we found out all of the food went bad from being out in the sub from waiting for the taxi. It costs us$120 to get all of food. By rightsyYou guys should give us the $120 for all of the food we lost for the 2& 15 minutes waiting for the taxi, because we never got any of the foodAnd the driver was was disrespect and rude because we kept calling him and we have been using your service for 3 years now and now you want to treat us like that. That is not right
