No one ever called me back to make an appointment

Window World staff is absolutely amazing! The windows arrived to their warehouse in a timely manner. An appointment was scheduled immediately when the windows arrived. The gentlemen who performed the installation were friendly and very efficient. One day of our scheduled service, it rained. Instead of rescheduling, the gentlemen waited until the rain was completed, and started working immediately! I highly recommend Window World!

The food was good and the drive thru service fast and friendly. Awesome Food ! I just love the food....

Beautiful windows with a beautiful price

A number of years ago( 15 maybe) I had half my windows replaced. Was quite satisfied. A year later I had the rest of my windows replaced. I now have a 3 1/4 ledge on half of them and the rest have a 1 1/2 ledge. I am very disappointed with that. Should have complained but they were finished by then and the man who did the second half said that was the law then.😤😤😤

Installation guys were great. Highly recommend the installers. Would not recommend the salesman. Buyer beware. Do your homework, which I did not. They advertise windows for $189 each. The forms do not reflect this. Also, request the plastic trim, not metal. Looks better, speeds up installation and the salesman does not mention (ours did not ) supposedly salesmen get an extra $30Per window for the metal trim.

Theyre very friendly and efficient. Nik does very good work in a timely manner so i suggest asking for him by name if you decide to get new windows installed

I am very upset. I got a new front door and wanted to put the older storm door back on. The salesman and the guy who came out and measured said no problem. After many phone calls and several visits they were unable to put it back. The salesman was supposed to call and after 2 weeks I still have not heard from him. I called and left a message today. The problem has not bee resolved and I am determined to get a storm door back up. In the past they installed Windows for us and did a great job with that. The door looks fine, however they out the locks on backwards.

Lack of communication... Opens at 7am, but wasnt told there werent coming out till after 11am due to the rain. That is the only problem I had. The workers are beyond great at there job, and move pretty quick!

Very poor work ! Wont come fix it. Gonna have to sue them!

*UPDATE*APPARENTLY THIS BUSINESS WILL POST YOUR HOME ADDRESS FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IF YOU SAY SOMETHING THEY DONT LIKE.I wish I could rate them a zero but Google demands that I give them at least one star before I can leave a comment. I purchased a door from the Tupelo based company but was lead to believe the door would arrive in three or four weeks. It was three months before the door arrived, or that was what I was told by Gina, the owner after driving to the business every Friday for an update after two months went by. She promised that I would be the first installation this morning but called me around 8am to say it would be after lunch before they could do it. Now its 4pm and no one has called or arrived to install my new door. The Windows World of Tupelo offers the worst customer service Ive ever seen!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I dont like talking about people behind their back so I want Gina to know this is Kendall speaking truth about your company!!!
