Tupelo Smiles is a wonderful dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. The office itself is clean, tidy, and welcoming. Then, my hygienist Sara was great!I had some serious brown stains on the back of my teeth as a result of using a certain mouthwash prior to and after a surgery back in January. The stains have been bothering me a lot. Sara explained the cleaning process she would be using to remove the stains as it is different from the usual cleaning. She described it well and while it was different, it wasn’t bad.I’m so pleased with the results from this cleaning! I will definitely return, and I highly recommend Tupelo Smiles and of course, Sara!

I had a procedure done that left my mouth a little sore. I had to use a whiting kit while my gums were healing. I have sensitive gums, they became really irritated and unbearable. I called Tupelo Smiles and Debbie Shields answered the phone. I told her what was going on with my gums and she told me she would meet me with an ointment to soothe that irritation. Debbie Shields saved me from any more gum pain!

Its Christmas in July. I visited Dr. Kenney and the staff at TS today. The staff from front desk to back of the house is tops; nobody beats these guys in service, friendliness, and treatment. Get cold in Drs offices? They will tuck you in a nice warm blanket. Gas + fleece blankets = Cozy like Christmas. You cant go wrong choosing Tupelo Smiles!

Dr. Caron and his team are literally the best! I have been a patient at Tupelo Smiles for years. I started as a teenager, post braces. Dr. Caron did my veneers and I have always received so many compliments on my teeth/smile. I have continued coming back to Tupelo Smiles even after moving over an hour away. The dental hygienists are all equally great, the office staff is so helpful and accommodating, and I’ve never had one billing issue. I would recommend this practice to anyone within driving distance. From the time you walk through their doors they strive for satisfaction and putting a smile or your face. They also do a great job in educating you as you go. No complaints at all. Have had numerous dental assistants to help Dr. Caron and they have all been great. Debbie Shields also helped with some programs to ease the payments. The ladies running the front desk have been nothing but great. I have had to have many different procedures performed and have not had any problems. Dr. Caron even plays music that I like to listen to.

3rd Visit - I had posted a review of my first visit and wanted to add another after going back a few times because they deserve it. You can get lucky sometimes with one experience, but now I have 3 visits under my belt and my family has a total of around 12 visits. I remain amazed on how well they run the business and how personable everyone you interact with is in this office. Ive moved around and had a handful of dentist over the years. Tupelo Smiles is outstanding in every aspect of the experience. Highly recommended by myself, wife and 5 children that go here.

I went to Tupelo Smiles this week for the first time for a tooth extraction. Before I even got there, Molly was SO sweet over the phone that I knew it had to be a nice place. Then when I walked in, Im shown a beautiful waiting area complete with a little drink and snack bar! So thoughtful! I signed in (new patient!) and was taken to a room in what felt like under 5 minutes. I was absolutely terrified to get my tooth taken out. Dr. Kenney and his hygienist were extremely reassuring and answered all my questions very thoroughly. In addition to the extraordinary customer service, my tooth was out before I even knew it!!!! It literally took 30 seconds! I am so sold on this place, I will never go to another dentist for the rest of my life.

I had an excellent experience! I broke a crown over the weekend and they got me in quickly. They were able to re-do a crown, mill it in the office and set it the same day! My new crown looks and feels AMAZING. It is 100 times better than my last one and the service could not have been better. I would recommend them to everyone.
