I called these people and was told no appointment needed. We arrived and it was horrible! The person at the desk couldn’t help us with anything but to tell us they had a big wedding the day of our event (wedding) and probably wouldn’t be able to help. This person didn’t even talk to us about what we needed or wanted. NO ONE attempted to help us or even asked! Disappointed doesn’t even cover it! Their website promotes events and planning but don’t expect help!!

I had the worst experience with this company; mainly with the sales guy, Scott. He quoted me one price and then added additional fees, he put my reservation in for the wrong date, and didnt inform me of the early closing time on Saturdays. I called the company for a pick up time to discover that they closed early on Saturday. When I contacted Scott, he offered my deposit back but stated that I would have to pay a $5 fee. I accepted the $5 fee and ended the call. Scott called back to make my experience the worst ever.) Scott offered me my full deposit back and then mentioned that he would go onsite to allow me to rent the slush machine. He stated that he wanted to save me money and asked me about the crowd that would use the machine, and advised me that I would only need the single unit. My husband picked up the machine and Scott quoted him $50 to $70. The machine was leaking the entire time. Then He charged me $140, kept the deposit and stated that he charged a $35 fee for after hours assurance. I can understand fees, but it is very unethical to quote one price and add additional fees to meet your target price.

They always have what I need

Called & asked about a septic tank pump, get a price, get there to pick it up, salesman says they dont have septic tank pumps. Then another salesman comes up, says same thing, they have water pumps. Second salesman asks somebody else, comes back, says something to 1st one, & he rings me up, says didnt know that & has turned people away before. Would not pump out septic tank, called them, they say it has to be liquid for it to pump. How many septic tanks are nothing but liquid??? Probably why the salesmen said they had water pumps. Very misleading & owner was rude, will never use them for anything & will tell anyone I hear talking about going there that it would be in their best interest to go somewhere else. I would not even give them one star, but that is the only way I could get this to post.
