These guys were so courteous, quick, and made a mundane task enjoyable enough to where Id easily go back. They did a quick oil change and headlight fix for me with a good discount. Would recommend and return here.

The only place in tupelo that would perform a standard oil change on my 2008 corvette z06. Yes the car is low and most lifts/jacks wont fit underneath.. with jiffy lubes drive over pits, they placed wooden boards down to give my car the clearance and simply drive over the pit.. the tech also knew the specific oil change procedure for my vehicle which was a huge relief as oil starvation is a common engine killer for this vehicle.. I was there for as little as 30 minutes and again 3 other shops rejected the work while jiffy lube came to the rescue.. 5/5 stars. If you have a low car head to this place for a fluid changes!

They gave me this long receipt of all the wonderful things they had done & checked. Just to find out that they hadnt refilled my windshield wiper fluid. Maybe yall do it differently in Mississippi but where Im from they actually do that as a courtesy. It isnt even that big of a deal but just dont lie and say you did something you didnt.

It sucked!! I went in for a misfire and after $600 worth of checking and replacing my spark plugs it wound up running worse than when I took it. Oil changes and air filters are probably ok but Dont ask any of their so called mechanics to do Any grown folks work.....

I went back to the jiffy lube on Harry I believe in second chances so I went in to get my air checked this time Patrick handled my concerns and he was very helpful and knowledgeable that was the first time I dealt with him personally and I can say I didnt leave feeling like I did the time before that like I was getting ripped off I felt like I got the service I came for with a great man of his word! Thanks Patrick I will be back.

Very rude and tried to scam me into repair work I know I didnt need. I have two friends that went there and they tried to do the same thing. All around bad experience. Wouldnt recommend

Highly recommend!! Had issues with my front end alignment. I took it back and they fixed it with no charge even wit didn’t seem to be anything they had done. Also have my oil changed here and have nothing but good experiences with them.

They fixed my brakes and oil change and balanced 2 front tires for me. My car drives great again! They are always so nice.

They are great for a long drawn out oil change. They always find something else that needs to be replaced. I love when I come to get a new set of tires and it takes 3 or 4 hours!! I highly recommend just coming in if ya have plenty of time to kill.

Rich is the best! He worked on our rocker arm/ball joint on our Altima. He was very knowledgeable and quick to explain and show us what was wrong with our rocker arm when he took it out. Will definitely be back!

Did my entire soul change and dree inspection in about 15 mins. Price is kinda high for full synthetic. But its not to high. Not a super cozy place to hang out. But your not there to long anyways. I would recommend if your in a hurry they are faster than walmart thats for sure.

Went to the location on n. Gloster today. Everything was great until I had to wait an extra 45 minutes after my car was finished before the staff even noticed me. The lady at the front desk repeatedly skipped over me and after I asked her about my car she still did not make an effort to help.I had to talk to another employee before they recognized their mistake and gave me my keys and let me pay for their services. In the end they gave me a 20$ discount for my wait, but I never received an apology from the lady who overlooked me for 45 minutes. My beef is with her and because of that I may not return.

They have a Chevron Texaco logo yet refuse, and i mean refuse to accept a chevron credit card here. Sort of false advertising to me. Staff was nice enough but did nothing to make it right. They even say they have local owners. That makes it worse to me. As long as they dont accept the brand they advertise there is no reason for me to go back. I know that my loss of business will not hurt them but i suggest just find someone else. They wont be getting my dime.
