I have been on the phone for 26 minutes and probably talked to someone for 5 minutes total, talking to mrs Dunlap the manager / supervisor I honestly cannot believe the disrespect. I was asking simple concerning questions and could never get a respectful answer. I believe this was a recorded call and would love to have the conversation. Upon being on the call trying to figure out why my bank was being charged after my account being on hold there was quote on quote “the call had dropped” which I was still on the phone, after the call had dropped I was placed out another 5 minute hold .. the receptionist Whitney had told me that the manager lost me and would be back in the morning. Never in my life would I ever get off the phone with the customer to go home. Terrible customer service. If there were 0 stars that would have been my rating. Customer service is a joke here.
This company is a scam artist, I called and settled a collection of $37.98 and it was taken out from my debit card, the very next day without my permission or knowledge they hit my debit card with an additional $15.00, they never even called to ask if they could run my card again and I have no idea what the additional next day charge was even for, I paid the settlement of $37.98 in full with the 1st payment the day before, this company is gonna get a major lawsuit against them one day for running a payment on someones account without their permission or knowledge
Worst collection HEALTHCARE company!! They file a suit (+court fees) against you if you dont pay whenever they want - Its HEALTH for God Sake, sometimes you have to go to the doctor for an emergency or a big need, but they dont care; they believe HEALTH is like buying a car and you must pay whenever they want!!
