Is there a Zero Star? The drivers you have have no respect for anyone or the packages they throw at your front doors. They are rude and are out of control.

Many times theres a long wait only because the workers are in the back laughing & talking.Theres no explanations, no friendliness, & the atmosphere is uncomfortable

We got what we needed to do done pretty quick!

Recently, we placed an order that was shipped by FedEx. On the day the order was to be delivered, you can’t imagine the shock when we looked at the tracking information only to see that it had been delivered about three hours earlier.The two packages were very large. One was a 46” diameter glass tabletop, and the other was a 24” diameter glass tabletop. We looked everywhere outside our home, but they were not there.We decided to look next door, and there they were at the front door.

Convenient place to pick up or drop off packages if you miss driver. Later hours so you can get there after work.

A quick and easy process.

Went to three different locations before being able to ship from the first location because of poor customer service.

Great service in and out with receipt in hand, yall make it easy shipping merchandise.

I have been waiting on several packages that are in the Belden MS location and have been rescheduled for delivery twice now. When you call the 1800 number you speak with someone overseas. I would like to pick up my package. Also Fed EX came to my house at 10:31 PM this week and woke my family up delivering another package.

Im sure this FedEx Center is Great. Im concerned as i had a shipment sent to this location but needed to call about extending the time for holding the shipment as my representative couldnt pick up the package within the time frame and there is no number to call the center directly

Never very busy, but employee ignores you until the person in front of you has finished. Never acknowledges you. Poor PR and just plain manners.

The older lady at the front desk was not in any hurry to serve anyone. She seemed very nonchalant and if it was another center here in town I would have left. If she is not up for the job she should be sent home and replaced.

Every time an order gets shipped to us through them there is always an exception that we were not available or business is closed even though I am at home all day waiting so it usually will take another two to three days after paying to get it shipped quickly!!!! There isnt any where on their website to even dispute this or complain about it. This is the seventh time they have done this in the past year

Im currently waiting on a package that was said to be delivered 5 days ago. Here is the issue: I was here when the driver came to deliver. Hewas loaded to the top of the truck. He couldnt find my package and said someone helped him load that morning. He ask if he could come back later after he delivered some and he could find it better. I agreed and havent seen him since. He loaded the status of my package as delivered . Now I cant even get any info from customer service or the whereabouts of my package. Horrible customer service and delivery!

Quick and efficient

No nonsense FedEx Center. Always easy, sometimes understaffed, will help you if you forgot your tape.

The counter person saw us coming in and stated she would be back. It was 15 minutes later and about 4 other people came in. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service! When you walk in they can be standing at the front desk and see you and turn around and walk to the back. Dont go in asking for a reciept because they wont get it! Every Fedex I have been to will get you that reciept no problem, no questions asked, but this one! They are horrible!!

I have a package at the Belden location. It arrived at 5:09 am on Thursday. It was supposed to have been delivered Thursday by 8 PM. It is now Friday, 8:00 pm. The package has yet to be delivered.

Horrible service. Supposedly attempted to deliver 3 times, but who knows? There was NO note left on the door. Then, on the 4th attempt, they literally drove through my driveway and didnt even stop, I know this because I was home! One star because the person I talked to on the hotline was nice, maybe she can get my package delivered.

I would prefer using regular post office. I hate when I order something and they tell me there sending it by fedX. Even when it arrives in my town you have to chase it down another three days.

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THIS LOCATION!!! They opened my package with a box blade and took contents out of it, then sealed it back and put another shipping label on it and mailed it. When it arrived, it was missing most everything from the package and FedEx Claims said it was just too bad because they arent responsible for the actions of their employees. Basically, I paid FedEx to steal from me.

Ever time we use fed ex for our package gets lost and we have to reorder. I dont understand what the problem is but something really needs to be fixed. Said it was attempted to be delivered but no door tags or nothing left here. Ive been home all morning doors, open garage, open and Ive been in and all morning. Fed ex sucks

The lady at the front register was rude. All I had was a prepaid drop off and needed a receipt. I waited 10 minutes for her to come wait on me. Customer service was terrible!!
