Did not care for internet sales people who conveniently failed to give Brandon my messages when i called. From start to finish, i was there less than 2 hours!!! We had a phone consultation before heading to this particular dealership. I called and the first person did look up the vehicle and said she would call back. She never called back so I called again after 5-6 hours and asked to speak with someone else. The gentleman that they transferred me to was very helpful. He also told me that he was going to pull the car and get it detailed so that it would be ready. He then called back after hanging up and said that the First Lady that we had spoken to had the key and wouldn’t give it to him. I had to express that I didn’t want her to sell us the vehicle due to her lack of communication and people skills. Upon arrival what we dealt with was absurd. Very cocky, a tad bit sarcastic and very unpleasant to customers. The unwillingness to satisfy us was enough for me. The vehicle had damage (2022) and we were offered $250 off to take a vehicle that we would have to get painted. Also the car was filthy as if people have driven and eaten in the inside of it. We were told that car detailers were 17-18 years old and didn’t know what they were doing. Mind you…….. we drove 2 hours and 45 minutes for THAT car. (Oh the inside is dirty, they’re remodeling and is filled with filth and overcrowding. Might I add NOBODY was wearing a mask!!!)

Everyone is nice and quick to assist you. The waiting area was extremely warm the day I was there, and I waited for almost 2 hours. I will definitely try and remember not to on a Friday afternoon again.

Awesome service and honest staff. Anna at the body shop was so helpful with my entire process. Ordering my windshield, letting me know when it was in, flexible on setting up day/time to put it in and even walked me to the check out and made sure I was all taken care of before I left. Would def recommend. No issues with anything. 😀

I am changing my original review. After posting my first review I was contacted by the owner, Mr. Marshall. I was able to trade in the other car I had bought without being upside down on it. I loved my rental car I was driving so they actually sold me it. Shout out to Tucker at the Mitsubishi dealership too. He was awesome!!!! This definitely made things better and I am in love with my Kia K5!!!!!!! They definitely helped rectify my situation and make me a satisfied customer.
Waited 6 hours for an hour and half job. All because or lack of communication on their end they forgot that I was even there. I asked twice about the progress and she kept telling it was being worked on. It took literal tears just to find out anything because I was on a time crunch and no one was telling anything. Only one girl helped and she got things moving again on the fifth hour of waiting. (Service department)

Drove 4 hours from Little Rock to meet my salesman Anthony. The guy didnt say much, he just gave me the key and said I can test drive it. This is the first time I met a salesman that doesnt trying to sell me anything. He just showed me the product and let me decide it for myself, which is totally my style: straight to the point, no BS. His customer service was also on point so I decided to get the car right away. Eric and other people in the office were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend buying your car here!
The service that I received was very good. The gentleman that greeted me was very kind, he was so very friendly to me. I shared with him that I had just taken my last radiation treatment due to breast cancer. He accompanied me to a seat in the waiting room and got me a drink and a snack and brought it to me. When the were finished with my car he brought my car to the front door and accompanied me to my car and made sure that I was going to make it home safe and I assured him that I was safe to drive and will be ok. I am impressed with Josh .

They are always so prompt. Before I can get out of my car Tristen was already at the door to see what I need. He told me to go in and make myself at home. They were done servicing my vehicle within an hour (actually less than). The only thing they didnt do was reset my screen alert for my oil change (not sure what it is called), but that is nothing to complain about. I just assume they forgot. Tristen went over all they did and let me know I was good to go.
This place is beyond stressful when it comes to getting any service in the Service Department. I was dealt with an engine recall that had to be addressed at this location. I am from the coast and already had to deal with the long distance between home and where my car needed to be fixed. Every time I need help with anything regarding my car or important paperwork, it is literally impossible to get someone on the other line. They will forward you and forward you until you finally give up on calling. I have been disruptively forwarded without any feedback by the lady who in charge with forwarding calls to certain departments. I have requested to speak to a manager who I am then left with a full inbox, so I cant even leave a message. Then after expressing frustration with the situation and 6 forwarded calls later, a salesman answers and takes my phone number and name. I honestly cannot believe the kind of service this place provides. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of service within this location. It was literally every time I needed something for my car when they were fixing my engine. Even in person, no one was eager or mentioned help, I had to personally ask questions and try and find a way to get things done.I cannot speak for the salesman department. Only the Service Department.DO BETTER!****UPDATE****No one has returned my call nor have they tried calling me. Still have not gotten my issue/concerned addressed.**Update**No management called me. I took the initiative to call again and finally got connections with Ally, who has been the nicest/helpful person of help. Still feel disappointed in the service this place provides. It shouldn’t be this hard to get things done!

As this is not our first auto purchase here, we felt like we were family. We came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. As my wife has back issues and I have some hip/knee issues, the Sonata was getting difficult to enter and exit. Betty inquired about something a little higher up for ease of entry/exit and were shown a 2022 Tucson.There was no pressure to buy but Martha and Selena answered all our questions and took the best care of us. This purchase is the 5th that we have been personally involved in and have the highest regards for Barnes Crossing Hyundai and their staff, including sales, parts and service departments. We always feel at home and that our business is appreciated. We have recommended these folks in the past and will continue to do so in the future!!

The collision department assisted me when I was involved in an accident. Daniel was more than helpful. He had to change who was the responsible insurance company and he did it with a smile on his face. He kept me updated with the progress from when insurance approved the higher amount than originally estimated. The employees that repaired my vehicle did an excellent job. They made it look as good as when I purchased it. Daniel loves what he does which over flows to his employees.

The Palisade is a hard to find vehicle right now. Brandon worked diligently and patiently to find us just the right car at a great price. Very pleased. Great car. Once I told my originals sales person I couldnt afford a $450 payment on a used vehicle, a different salesman came out, was very rude, said he would “try” to find something else, thumbed through his phone tapping on nothing, then disappeared, and didn’t come to find me until I backed out of the parking lot. Seems like the boss man likes Hunter, but I wouldn’t recommend him.

Very confusing when walking in. No sales people to be found, no receptionist, just people sitting at tables. We had a scheduled appointment and no idea where to find the gentleman we were supposed to meet. We stood around for about 5 minutes, and turned to leave, when one employee came to speak with us. Cody found the car we were looking at and arranged a test drive. He was really great, and very helpful. We didnt end up purchasing from this dealership but we were glad to have experienced such great customer service from Cody.
We bought a 2016 Chevy Suburban from Brandon Cheney and it was one the best and easiest deals we have ever done. We did have some mechanical work that had to be done right after buying but they took care of us and got the truck fixed up. Will definitely be using Brandon Cheney for any future purchases.

I have come here for all of my oil changes and it is where I purchased my Mazda, though this time the boy who took my car did not speak to me and when I spoke to him he looked at me like I was stupid. I waited for over two hours for an oil change and three people who came after me left before I did. When I asked the service manager what was taking so long with my car he acted like he didn’t want to speak to me and didn’t even look at me. I will NEVER do business with Barnes crossing again I felt so disrespected. Also my normal 70$ oil change somehow was 85$ this time.

Sold a pickup to the dealership that we just did not use. 2012 Silveroda1500. Loaded drove great just retired and did not use.
Im so far satisfied with the repair work. Just the part of being on hold for 30 minutes just to have them pick up and hang up the phone then another 15 minutes just to set up an appointment. And to have the advisor tell me my car was no more important than the next person. That was not good customer service at all

I have had my 2020 Hyundai Sonata for about 6 or 7 months. With my purchase came oil changes and tire rotations for the first 3 years. I just had my first one, the experience was great, the staff was very attentive, and the service was speedy. I really have enjoyed making them my car home.
