We found a large snake skin in our garden and were worried since we have children and pets. David quickly identified the skin as a rat snake and gave us peace of mind. He was 100% correct because the snake gave my husband a surprise visit in the garage a few weeks later. 😂

Bought a home on foreclosure as a fixer-upper. Thought this was going to be a great way to make some cash. A little work, a little money, and I could sell it for four or five times what I paid. Who knew the house was infested with rats? I mean infested! They were everywhere. I clearly wasnt going to be working on this house with rats crawling all over, so one quick call and they handled my problem. No more rats. They had to remove a mother raccoon together with 4 small babies in the inconspicuous area of our attic. They used a heated box to keep the babies warm and installed the exclusion door. After the mother went out of the attic, the consultant observed the heated box from afar. He waited for the mother raccoon to retrieve the babies. After two weeks they returned to our house and after confirming that there were no signs of infestation, they removed the installation and sealed the last access hole.
