Easy to find. Plenty of handicap parking, right at the front of the building. They also have handicap buttons at the main doors to automatically open the doors for you when you push them. Child support staff were professional but a little slow getting to the window to help.

I have dealt with this office for 10 years. They have always been friendly and helpful. I have seen people be rude to them because they are angry about what the family court imposed. They have no control over the courts decisions and are still polite to those frustrated people. Thanks to all of you doing this often thankless job.

Because they have no problem taking my entire check and not taking any calls I was living on the street now because of a lazy well person I must go back because I have no right to have any part of my check even though its illegal what there doing its OK they have a warm bed hot food roof over there head it doesnt matter if I lose my roof-food-job-bed so long as they have theres PS put me in that dead beat dad site again and the first prick to fight me goes home in a bag

The place is a joke. I got paperwork from DSHS which had false information in it, and a threat to suspend my drivers license. Some woman at the office denied my information being in the system with what I explained despite me having paperwork to show they were wrong.
