I am writing this review because I am upset. We loyally continued to use this business for 17 years, yet they probably dont even know who we are. There scheduling is awful, repeatedly over the years, with no shows (like today, they wanted to reschedule for Monday). I have heard every excuse in the book, the most common has been, we are using a new system:The actual techs who come out are very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. That is the only reason this is a 3 star review.

Super friendly and knowledgeable took our boat fire extinguishers here for their annual inspections, cheap too

Fair, Friendly and professional from beginning to end of project. Roger was a huge help and even helped us save time and money while making sure all codes were met.

Went in to get for fire extinguishers serviced everybody was very friendly and they helped bring the extinguishers from the car and back to the car I will be going back next year for made yearly service

Roger is rude and very unprofessional I would go elsewhere and pay more not to deal with him.

Absolutely rude going into office.
