I called on Christmas day thinking no one would answer, but he did. Because I had bought my daughter some up grades for her computer. So I installed them and we couldnt seem to figure out why the screen wouldnt come on. Im not a Tec guy! He gave me a few things to try over the phone. That was nice. Made an appointment the day after Christmas and with in an hour it was all ready for my daughter! Great service!I even gave him more money then he asked for because of my situation.
