I’ve used them before and it was a great job. I called yesterday they had two cancellations for today but they said I had to be there at 8 o’clock in the morning to have my car worked on for that day. What is a schedule for ?

My car looks AMAZING, so happy with everything about my experience with this business, our first detail ever and we will definitely be back!! Saved my nightmare inheritance car. Lots of smoke smell removed, coffee stains completely gone. Plus they fixed the detached bumper free of charge.

My vehicle was damaged (the heads up display became pixelated) after I took my car to be detailed. Extreme Auto was very difficult to work with. Both the manager and owner were very defensive and unprofessional. When I was on the phone with the owner to try to explain what happened I could barely get a word in because he interrupted and talked over me the entire conversation. Though its not as bad, my car still smells like fish (from a spilled cooler of crab). They offered to ozone for me again but I dont trust them anymore since they dont take responsibility for their actions. I would not recommend this company.

Whatever they used during the “chemical bath” caused my black lugs to rust and my paint had swirls after the detail. I’ll never go back.
