Shelise at the Tumwater shop is the best. I came out feeling and looking like a million bucks. Shes my forever go to gal.

Chelsea is by far the most consistent and talented from my experience here. My only delta would be that they do not answer their phones. Can call from opening to close and will be lucky to get a response.

It was AMAZING!!! First of all, I love my haircut! My stylist, Jessica made by hair look exactly like the picture I showed her. The haircut was quick, and everything was clean. I will return here again!!

Sharina cuts hair well. Shes great at that. Sadly, thats the extent of my trust with her. Wed discussed going platinum grey for many months. The day of the appointment, I walked out with blue-brown hair. Three days later my hair faded to a dull orange. I cant recolor it to its original color, the hair is severely damaged the result of several attempts to correct the problem with harsh chemicals. Ive been running around with red/brown hair for several weeks until it grows out. Trust Sharina with your hair cut, not with your hair color.

Wouldnt recommend. I had an appointment at 4 and they wanted me to wait as if they didnt remember my appointment. Also a time in the past here, another stylist talked poorly of Great Clips, meanwhile she cut the back of my neck pretty good while doing that. Took a couple weaks to heal. Theres 2 stylists there Ive had hold experiences with. Otherwise? Pass.

For a last minute appointment the hairstylist was very accommodating. The salon was clean. Easy parking. Handicap accessible.

Tried to go in for a cut but was told by the lady just standing around that they didnt have time for walk ins, now Im across the street at a much busier place, which took me right in.

I go to this HairMasters to get my hair done by Chelsea K. in Tumwater. Shes awesome! Im a guy that doesnt always know what looks best for my hair type and have an even harder time imaging hairstyles it in my minds eye, but Chelsea has always made that part easy for me.I have thick curly hair on the sides and thin hair to slightly balding on top. Chelsea has helped me find a hairstyle that I can feel confident styling and go about my day without ever having to wear a hat, as I normally would because of my thinning hair.I have changed the way Ive done my hair several times to try out new looks over the past 1.5 years Ive been getting my hair cut by Chelsea and her suggestions and insight have always come through for me. My wife has also been impressed when I came home with a new haircut.As I began to care more about my look, I started getting my almost-unibrow waxed by Chelsea as well. She makes my thick eyebrows handsomely shaped and she makes it less painful than I would have expected.If you have an interview or generally have an interest in maintaining a good look, I highly recommend Chelsea K. I couldnt be more satisfied with a hair stylist.I am moving to Florida and unfortunately wont be getting haircuts here for some time. Chelsea, if you get the chance to read this, THANK YOU!

Not very professional

Im usually nervous with new places but this shop was pretty good. Some of the best communication Ive had with a hair artist (Chelsea), she walked me through many options and styles and didnt cut a single hair without confirmation on what I wanted. Pricing was reasonable, walked in and was immediately helped, will go back.

First thing I said, pls don’t bring it up so high with the trimmers. First thing she did brought the trimmers all the way to the top of my head. No joke, have a old school military cut. Half that. 5 min go by and than another lady came up grabbed my bangs and cut one side without saying anything. And that was it. I got up paid and left. Couldn’t even let them finish. I’ll get asked about this haircut, and I’ll say...hairmasters tumwater. I was pretty upset, now it’s just comical.

I loved the service and friendliness that I encountered at the Tumwater Hairmasters. Annette did a great job on my hair cut - I got complements for weeks! As for price, you get what you pay for. You can get a cheaper haircut else where but you will not receive the same service or product.

Do not come here. Seriously they dont know how to do a simple trim I went in with hair down to my chest and asked he to trim it an inch. Its now on my neck line. Thank you hair master for ruining my hair and messing up years of growing it out so some untrained stylist can do that. You should come here if you want your head to look like someone just took a dump on it cause thats basicly all these people are. Giant dumps posing as hair stylists

Ryan is currently a styleist at this location, however, I imagine he will not stay for long, because he has talent. I happened to try him, and was surprised to find a stylist with the ability to envision how to shape my hair.I have now gone to him for my last 3 cuts and plan to follow him if he decides to move on to a higher-end salon.His current schedule has him in a 3pm to 8pm, but call for sure.

My husband loves to come here. Great experience!

Ive been going here for about 7 years. They havent been my only hair dresser either. Ive always enjoyed my cuts and their advice on products. Its not a high end salon, but you get what you pay for. Long hair is not cheap! Haha. I must say if youre just going for a style or updo, they do fantastic!!
