Samantha was amazingShe was able to bundle my car insurance from just liabilty to full coverage and uninsured driver and roadside assistance and plus my renters insurance for 75 dollars a month. Ill start by saying WOW! 5 years ago when I switched to StateFarm with Ben Kirby I was hesitant. I had never had a major insurance company before and had a horrible driving record for speeding. Samantha was nothing but honest and helpful to get me the best coverage and deals. She always talks everything out and makes sure you clearly understand what is happening. I appreciate the entire staff at Ben Kirbys office but Samantha is who I always hope to talk to. I wouldnt dream of switching companys. During these years his team has continuously effectively displayed their dedication to providing world class customer service. I was recently involved in a collision that ultimately resulted in my vehicle being totaled. Having been my first time going through this, Samantha was there to support and guide me along the way. Horrible, been with them for years. No accidents or tickets for me or my son but some kid at his work said he bumped his car they investigated and found no damage or marks not a blemish and the gentleman that took the pictures didnt understand why they sent him out there he could not find anything on either car. my son to this day said he never came close to the other car. when the owner of the other vehicle found out that they could not find any damage all of the sudden there was a witness. I was out there in 5 min. after my son called and I asked the young what part of my sons car hit his he said I dont know and there was no one else around except for my son and him. where was Ben Kirby hiding behind his desk instead of asking questions and being there for my son and I now my insurance jumped almost 50.00 more a month and I lost my multi-vehicle discount, my safe driving discount and they charged me for changing the policy even after I was told that it would not affect my policy or increase my premiums being I was covered for any type of mishap. Way to go Ben Kirby.
