Everyone at 101 Mobility are so caring and treated me as a family member. Jennifer, Christina and my tech Chris were informative and answered all my questions. Chris showed up on time with shirt tucked in and took off his boots so he didnt get anything on my carpet (although I didnt ask him). He worked hard to install my chair and made sure I was comfortable operating it. The owner Jennifer called me to make sure I was happy with my Bruno chair. Christina followed up with me as well. There was another gentleman Kirk that came out to measure my stairs in the beginning, super niceYou will not be disappointed calling 101 Mobility. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Christina helped me find just the right stair lift with photos of my stairs/texting & phone. I’m very pleased with the 101-Pinnacle Premium Stair Lift with automatic folding rail. Needed rail which was 17 long. This was over the standard length & with quote from another Tulsa company increased the price greatly. Bottom line: I got the chair lift with AUTOMATIC folding rail for $911 less than other Tulsa company which also would have required a $250 yearly maintenance fee. In all fairness, other company quote was for a different brand. If I should need maintenance in the future, I will pay a reasonable service charge; however, Christina said most problems can be solved with a phone call. 101Mobility has great product & communication skills!!!

We chose them to install the chair lift for our house, because the tech guy Kirk was honest and straightforward. We felt we could trust him at the first meeting. The employees are all very efficient and patient. Any time we have questions, we can always reach a live person, Christina. She pays attention to details, a very professional and experienced chair lift business lady.Overall this company has good set up.So far we have used the lift for two weeks now, which made our lives much easier. We wish we had installed it years ago.

This is not the place of business, its only a call place and they send out someone to your home or wherever. All I needed was a part not a big hassle so had to get creative and make a part that would work.Should need negative stars, total deceiving

Out of the many places I researched for buying a wheelchair lift for my car, 101 Mobility was by far the best option! They actively tried to form a relationship and answer my calls compared to other places that never called back, were the most affordable option, and even traveled all the way from the Tulsa/OKC area to Ardmore, Oklahoma (a 2-4 hour trip) to install the lift at my own house!Since then, the wheelchair lift has allowed me to actually live my life and get where I need to go at 22. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a wheelchair lift or other accessibility device! The technician that came to my place easily explained how it would work and Ive had no problems with it since.

Very reliable, friendly and aim to please. The installer did not leave our house until all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable in using our equipment. He also made sure we had all of the phone numbers in case any future questions or issues. We are very happy.

Awesome responsive service! Was moving back to area and contacted prior to move to have stair lift installed for my elderly father. Arrived as promised and installation was handled with great care to my home. Tech was very courteous, knowledgeable and careful. Entire process took less than an hour! Training and safety were paramount to tech and ease of use is flawless! My fathers safety was of course of paramount concern and tech was so courteous to my Dad in demonstration of unit. No need to look anywhere else. This is the ONLY company you should consider for in home mobility. Six stars if that was an option!

101 Mobility is a great company to work with if youre looking for a stairlift. Professional, no hidden costs, someone will come out and measure your stairs for a quote. It doesnt take long after that.I felt no pressure in purchasing one right away. They are local so repairs shouldnt be a problem when needed.The install was done quickly but professionally. The gentleman didnt leave until my mother understood how to operate it safely.Christina was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a stairlift for yourself or your loved one.

Our experience has been very positive beginning with our first telephone call taken by Jennifer. She was very helpful in answering our questions without coming across as being an overaggressive salesman. When her father-in-law came out to assess our situation and make the necessary measurements for determining what size lift we needed, he also was very helpful, gave us useful information and overall was very nice to deal with.. He must have done a good job, since Kirk, the installer had absolutely no problems when he came to install it. It only took a little over two hours, although we had been warned that it might take up to four hours. In between the first contact and the final installation, we were kept informed on the timetable and Mobility stayed with the timetable and kept with the specific times told to us. We are also quite pleased with the performance of the final product. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mobility based on our experience.

Instant service! I had an overhead lift fitted and installed in my home before I even knew they made lifts for patients! Made life so much easier when I got home from the hospital! Knowledgable crew, reps always keep me updated on the new equipment out there, and I will always use them 101% of the time!
