I have used New Day Media as my captioning vendor for more than 7 years and I cannot be more happy with their service. They are incredibly professional and their attention to detail is exactly what you would want from your closed captioning supplier. Never once did they miss a deadline and never once did I worry if the show would be delivered to the broadcast station in time. Thats pretty much all you need to know. New Day is affordable, dependable and respectable. I would never use anyone else!
