Double parked and blocking my car over. 1/2 hr. Called agency and nobody can help identify the driver much less contact them to move it. Good thing Im not in a crisis situation.

Blocking the street for over 15 minutes when there was ample space to pull over. There was a long line of cars just stopped waiting for them and honking. They just ignored everyone and continued delivering their packages.

Drivers dont ring doorbell and when confronted they swear that they do. They throw packages on to stoops in rain. They just dont care use UPS or FedEx anyone is better. Company owes over 1 million dollars in driving violations in NY alone.

Was in an accident with one of their leased or rented vehicles and cant even get much as a call back for a subsidiary of enterprise this sure leaves a bad taste in ur mouth personally I think its very bad for business not very professional like especially for a nation wide used rental car place
