This place was extremely helpful and the employees were very kind and patient. Thanks mr.ed and the fantastic woman who stepped me up after the other location just left me hanging in the wind.

Well lit facility at night and super clean with security cameras and electronic cards to open the gate made me feel safe.

Love this location!!!Awesome staff!! Getting in and out is a breeze. Storage if you need it. I use 40lb propane tanks and yup you guessed it, I have them filled here too. Been going here off and on for a few years now and I am never dissatisfied. Great job yall

Will never use this location again. Paid on storage unit and 3 days later they sold it and all I got was Im sorry they did get some of my things back from the buyer but none of my household items important paperwork pictures and jewelry nor clothing and antiques

Yeah.. lets park the rental trucks next to the fence so you cant get your rented truck next to your storage unit to put your stuff in.

Rented a truck to haul trash in and it worked out well

UHAUL rented a defective 6 x 12 tandem axle trailer. When I returned it and showed them the defective axle was actually not connected to the trailer. They said they would look into. This trailer had actually been serviced on this axle by their service department. They actually wrote negative comments in the customer file to try to discourage another location from renting to me. Would definitely not recommend anyone renting from this location. If you do rent, completely check out the equipment before leaving their property.

First, I have used U-Haul for various reasons over the years from a lot of locations. I became used to solid service from a couple of excellent locations we lived near in McKinney, TX. Upon our move back home to Owasso, I had the pleasure of working with, hands down, the best team yet!Despite the heat and super busy Saturday, Tanya, Kari and the team were spot on with ensuring the 5 UBoxes they hauled in from Texas for us were always ready after quick drop offs and turnarounds. I even accidentally threw a few curve balls at them. They handled it like Pros and kept hustling with a great attitude.In short, If someone has an issue with this team, they are likely maladjusted and need a role model.Thanks a bunch for making a hard move as easy as you could!

Absolutely the best storage facility in Tulsa! Miss Tanya and the rest of the staff are WONDERFUL! If you want your belongings to be safe while in storage than look no further, this is the safest storage facility around! If I ever come back to Tulsa and have to store anything I’ll be right back here!!! Thanks for everything!!!!!!

Fantastic service putting on a hitch. Had me in and out in under an hour and had the best price.

I had poor customer service both in person and on the phone ahead of time. The staff on the phone had an attitude and made me feel like I was a burden. The staff in person gave me a hard time for asking questions and trying to verify my charges after they over charged me. Go to another uhaul facility!

Twice I have visited, ( once two years ago, and then last wk) and they just send me somewhere else. I needed an adapter for an older Uhaul truck I purchased and the gentleman acted like if I wasnt going to rent a truck, I was wasting his time.
