My identity was stolen. Mr. Walter helped me notify the IRS and get my taxes filed. It took a huge weight of my shoulders. it took almost 9 months to get everything cleared up. At first the IRS said I owed $5,700 but when it was all done I got my correct refund of $1400. I am so thankful for all of your hard work. Thank you! Lisa

David just helped our family get 5 years of back taxes done. It was a great relief to get that off my back. I can finally sleep at night. I wish I had done this a long time ago. Update 9/14 - We just got our letters from IRS and met with David to discuss them. He helped us get a payment plan set up so the IRS wont try to garnish our bank account again. You have no idea how thankful we are to get this done.

I would rate him 0 stars. I have used him for 3 years with great service and this year things have gone completely awry and he has put me in a bad financial situation. I live in NYC but am a former Tulsa resident and school teacher. I have filed my taxes with David Walter tax service every year since I lived in Tulsa (4 years now), the last 2 I filed filed remotely because I had liked his service. This year he told me in Feb I was receiving a refund of $1,546 and then three weeks later when I got the paper copy it said I owed the state of NY $546. His initial emails said I was getting $868 fed and $678 from NY (which is a totally different amount than the $546 he is claiming I now owe). I have already used the $868 to pay bills and was awaiting the additional $678. I emailed him immediately, did not get a response and then emailed again and finally got an answer a week later that I owed $546. I called him and he admitted his error. I asked him to pay by state taxes that I now suddenly owe as I cannot afford them. I made $46k living in NYC last year working at an education non profit. That is barely making it here where the cost of living is high. The $1,252 (the amount I was expecting back and the amount I now owe) I am now missing is a biweekly paycheck for me. He refused to pay for it and said mistakes happen and that he worked a 16 hour day that day. This was his mistake that I am now paying for. I would like to warn other Tulsans about using his service. This is tax season and I dont want honest people to be taken advantage of, I know his business has grown in the last year or two but when you grow a business you have to grow quality and integrity as well which he has not.-Brigid Sullivan

My Identity was stolen and I had no idea until I tried to file my tax return. It was blocked because somebody had used my social security number. My friend Paula told me about Mr Walter so I called him. He helped me file my return and do the identity theft affidavit and mail all of the stuff in. I finally got my refund after about 6 months. Im so glad I got this fixed. Thank you for all of your help.
