I got right away the piano that was around my budget.Bill was pnenomenal.He stopped what he was doing just to show me the place around.He then played the piano and I had goosebumps.

This past Summer, Bill Miller & his staff updated a baby grand piano in my Mothers estate. Then, they moved it to First Lutherans Church in Ponca City & set it up. Our family & members of First Lutheran Church are thrilled with the work Bill & his staff did to help us. In Addition, we gave our piano to our aspiring-musician nephew. Again, Bill Mill & his staff moved the piano, set it up and tuned it. Bill will renovate it after the current school year. Our nephew loves it! Thank you!

Excellent work, for an excellent price! We had our piano moved from Broken Arrow, OK to Claremore, OK and it arrived in perfect condition. The tuning was done a few weeks later to give the piano a chance to acclimate to it’s new home. The tuning only took about an hour. Mr. Miller is very knowledgeable and talented, he even suggested we get insurance put on our instrument because the value it had greatly increased over the years! Now I don’t want anyone else to touch our piano!

Bill really knows his stuff! For piano work I wouldnt go anywhere else. I really appreciated him and would trust him with the most intricate parts of our piano. I feel theres no issue with our piano that he couldnt fix. I definitely recommend Bill for all your piano needs.

Bill tuned our piano earlier this fall. He does a fantastic job. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining to boot! This is the second time weve used his services and well definitely call him again.

I used Mr Millers service to have my sons piano tuned. Making the appointment over the phone was easy, and Mr Miller was right on time (even with massive amounts of rain and flooding that weve been having), and very knowledgeable. He educated us on the type of piano we have, its pros and cons, the year it was manufactured, and the difference between it and pianos that are manufactured today. He tuned our piano to A440, and it sounds beautiful!On a personal note, Mr Miller is a wonderful man who exudes knowledge, and passion about his craft. We could have easily spoken with him for hours about the countless pianos that he has worked on. I highly recommend his services, and we will be buying our next piano from him.

The Neosho County Community College Foundation received the donation of an extremely nice 1921 Baldwin piano. Later it was discovered that it had a cracked sound board. I tried to find someone who would help us with this piano, it was so nice it would be a shame to trash it. Finally, my lucky day came and I found Bill Miller, a lifesaver!He fixed the sound board, replaced the ivory keys, completely transformed this treasure back to its original condition. He is truly an amazing person. And better yet, when he returned the piano he and his staff moved all of our pianos to new locations. It was indeed my lucky day when I found this gentleman, and he is a true gentleman on top of being a knowledgeable piano man! Thanks Mr. Miller!

I have known Bill for many years and he has done a lot of work on my 1895 Upright grand over the years in addition to keeping the piano tuned. He comes from a family of piano tuners and has had to rebuild them from scratch starting when he was a young man. He not only tunes pianos, but he rebuilds them. He is truly the best person to take care of your piano. He is the best piano person I know of and he is one of the finest persons I know.
