This was my first time at this location. I had a great experience. I am very particular about my pedicures! And the nail tech was very detailed. I will be going back.

They were quick to get me in and out. The quality was good. I didn’t give the fifth star because the “bar” was dirty, and I put my hands on someone else’s nail dust. Maybe I came in right after a rush, not sure. But the bar should still be cleaned after every client. My nails still look great!

Bento ( forgive me If I butchered the name l) did my nails and did such an amazing job. Literally took what I asked for to the next level. So happy!!

The lady that did my nails was incredibly rude. I told her I wanted nail polish on my acrylics and she kept nagging and nagging me to get the more expensive ones. She made me pay during the middle of my session because she didn’t think i had the money to pay for some odd reason. There’s more too that she did that was rude but that’s all i’m going to say for now.

My nails were pretty. But they really messed up my nail plate! There are huge dents in my nails on my one hand from when they removed previous dip nails. My one pinky nail is so thin it is splitting in half and I half to keep a bandaid on it so it doesnt split down into my nail bed. Its a big place and they have many people working there so this might be a rare experience. But I personally cant trust the place now.

Came in last Saturday for pedicure and powder ombré. Pedicure was great. However just got plain acrylic nails almost a French look not what I asked for. So came back a week later because the gentleman that did nails told me to come back and ask for gel ombré that was a lie they would have to do a complete new set. Then they offered 20% off to do a new set which I said ok, but the person who was going to do my nails still did not understand what I wanted. I did not want to leave here paying again for something I didn’t want so I told the never mind. Why is it so hard to get what you ask for? Don’t think I will be back.

I came into Luxe with high hopes because Im particularly picky about the way my nails are shaped. The photos they posted on facebook feel extremely misleading now. I asked for a coffin shape and I feel as if I have paddles on the ends of my fingers, not to mention the several times my nail technician cut my cuticles. On top of everything even the ends of my nails are filed at a slant. I was so excited for this place, but I just paid and left to go home and reshape them myself.

I have been to Luxe on cherry street but I came to this location just because it is close. I got a younger guy with a half sleeve on his arm and other tattoos on his arm. He was very quite at first but he started a conversation about tattoos because I had one on my foot. We talked almost the whole time he was doing my toes and hands. Recommend me to his friends who does tattoos and how he got his tattoos from his home country. My sister even loved him and how much he cared about my nails and how he talked to us. Overall my experience was great and I love my nails! I wanted little flowers drawn on my nails but he recommended the real little flowers and man did he have a good choice! There are some flaws but that’s literally because we are human we aren’t perfect. I’d recommend him any day of the week. Never caught his name. But, dear luxe. Hold onto him because he is a awesome nail tech!

I’m trying to find a salon that fits me! Luxe is clean and modern. Polite service.I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he said it was possible. I chose my toe color based on this design, and my toes do look good. However, when it was time to do the design on my nails, they didn’t have the right color gold foil for it. The gold they had was more tacky, “party city” kind of gold, so we just stuck to basic color nails. I’m fine with just basic solid color gel, but I wish they had let me know they either 1) didn’t have the materials or right color or 2) didn’t have the skill set to do it. That way I could have chosen a diff color or simpler design. They get you by saying yes to everything, but maybe don’t realize the disappointment of not fulfilling that is a bit off putting. I saw some really cool and intricate designs of other clients’ on social media, which is why I thought I could ask for it. I wouldn’t have minded paying whatever price to get the look I wanted.With all of this being said, I still like this place, and they are a good nail salon!

The first time i came here the guy took his time and really made my nails look nice, the last time i went wasn’t bad horrible but the paint is not even and you can see through it. My sister also came with me and her nails are horrible. she asked them not to trim them and he trimmed them all the way down to the skin. the shape is uneven and rugged.

Staff did a great job. I’m on week three with this dip, and I’ve had no lifting or cracking.

Pedicure is always fantastic but this time my dip manicure was not good. She asked if I wanted a trim to which I said no then proceeded to cut my nails and cut them SHORT and not even with the other hand.

Was a bit skeptical about trying this location as I always go to the location on Utica street. I have to say my pedicure was better and my nails look AMAZING. Due to this location being more convenient, I will be coming back instead of to the Luxe on Utica. Both locations are great!

I set an appointment they started late. Didnt not get to get what I needed done. All around poor service. First time being here and I will never come back.

SOOOO SLOW!!! Went in for a pedicure and shellac on nails. Been here over a hour and they haven’t even got to my nails yet. They aren’t even busy but everyone is moving so slow. Definitely won’t be back. I don’t have 2 hrs to spend on my nails. My pedicure was not good either. So frustrating.

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I’ve ever experienced or I have ever been concerning a nail salon. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Just terrible I am from out of town and was treated biasedly.

In and out quick, which I love!! However since he was going so fast, he didnt just nick my skin a couple of times he did it the entire time with that motorized thing. The skin around my fingers are rivers of blood. Hurt like crazy. And he put on too many coats.

I arrived at 7:14-15 for a basic pedicure. I was directed to a pedicure bowl where I sat down. I sat there for a few minutes talking with my friends and a lady informed me that they can’t do my pedicure because they were closed. I asked her if she can see if it was anything thing that she can do because I drove for 20 minutes to get to the salon. She left. She returned at 7:31 and told me they couldn’t do my pedicure. This was very unprofessional and a very big inconvenience for me.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. They Talk negatively about you in their language and laugh among each other because they think you don’t understand but what they don’t understand is that people may not know their language but we can feel the negative energy and their attitudes when they don’t want to do the work.

They always do such a good quality job but maybe not the place if you are on a tight schedule. Frustrated I told them I needed a quick touch up and they made me sit for 30 minutes before anyone got to me. I was pretty late to a work meeting, not a huge deal but still frustrating. Otherwise I love this place - my nails always turn out really good and last a long time. Will still go here but maybe plan my timing better.

Was so excited to get my toes done lol. So sad bc the polish they used was so old and gummy I left and over an hour after it got messed up bc it still wasnt completely dry all the way through. Such a disappointment (especially for being a toddler mama and this being a special treat)👎

They had to re paint my toe nails because the paint was not drying. My toes look like a child painted them.

Amazing place! They were super nice and made sure I liked my nails before moving on to the next part. $50 for dip powder nails, good price and good quality.

Just went there to get my nails done for my 21st birthday. Everyone was very friendly and cared about you getting what you asked for. The pricing is a little more than your smaller nail places but the really nice atmosphere is worth it. Three different people were watching my nails to make sure it was like the picture i wanted.

Quality of service poor. Paid $45 for pedicure and I walked out looking like a 5 year old polished my feet. Nice place but the service was horrible. For the price they need to hire professional skilled nail techs that are trained to provide quality services if they consider their business high end. 👎🏾

I had a guy who did a great job he just didnt speak good English I kept asking him three different times not to take more off of my nails and he did it anyway, I set my appointment a day before I was there two hours and even after I was there they still said I have to wait to get the design put on my nails by another tech I will not be back. Unprofessional

My wife recently went here to get her nails done. They were not done well, and when she took the nail polish off she found out that she had an infection. She called the woman at the nail bar to tell her where that happened. the woman at the bar was so rude that I wanted to go up there and confront her myself. I suggest no one ever goes to this location or this nail bar ever again if this is how they treat their customers. if I could rate this zero Stars I would this is terrible very very very terrible service.

The quality of manicure was good, but I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before anyone even worked on my nails. I can understand waiting that long if you are a walk-in, but I made an appointment the week before. The customer service was lacking. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Luxe. For the price I expected a much better experience and much better service. Maybe the quality will go up once they have been open longer.

I was a walk in in the morning, and had my dip removed and then a shellac. Amy was wonderful and friendly and did a great job! She was very careful not to damage my natural nails!

Have tried multiple times, consistently terrible work done on my friends and myself. They charge twice as much, take forever, and you get lumpy, uneven nails. Pretty sure all the good reviews on here are from staff members.

Tina is absolutely amazing! I have been to about a dozen nail salons around Tulsa, and now Ill only go to Tina! She fixed my nails after another salon did a terrible job without me having to get a new set. Ive been disappointed so many times going to other places. Im so happy to have finally found someone who does such great work!! I wont go anywhere else!!

All I know is my wife loves going here enough to drive past 15 others along the way and always has a good experience!

Me and my granddaughter got our nails done. We do the nail dip. The service was pretty bad, there was no where to sit while we waited and our nails look bad and are cracking after 4 days. There brush marks and dust embedded in my nails making the rough and ugly. Also they were not supposed to light at the base then darker at the edge, I did not want an ombré. We won’t be going back.

Was very busy but had several people working. Didnt take too long as there was 4 of us. Cut my nails a bit shorter than I would have liked. But I guess they will grow back.

I had my nails done at the 15th street location. The next morning i broke one of the nails at work bc it was too thin. I went to the 61st and yale location to have it fixed. There was a woman in there that was sooooooo rude to me and asked me why i came into their location to have it fixed and not drive across town to get it fixed. I explained i didnt have time to drive across town in traffic and told her i was informed they were owned by the same person. I offered to show her where i had paid for my nails and she didnt want to see it. She told me they would do it and make an exception this once and wouldnt do it again. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. She was so rude and disrespectful like i had done something wrong.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! There customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The girl working the front counter is completely oblivious. The wont talk to you, the just tell you to sit down then nothing...no offer for something to drink, no updates, nothing. Sat for 20 min before walking out.

I called ahead to make an appointment and was told I did not need one because they were not busy. I was there within two minutes of speaking to them. I was told to go back and wash my hands and then sit in the waiting area. There was a bald headed guy there who continually stared at me as I walked in, as I talked to the receptionist and as I walked by him before re and after washing my hands.

They were nice enough but my nails look horrible. I got acrylics wnd had a photo of exactly what i wanted but i still had to do everything like pick colours and shape and he argued with me about how i wanted my nails but the biggest problem is that my nails are lumpy and uneven and just all over badly shaped. They paint job is horrible too the edges are done and they have dust chunks and glitter chunks in them. Im embarrassed for people to see them.

Linda charged me $20 just to take off my shellac on top of $85 for a hot stone pedicure of which I didnt receive the massage or hot stone service. My nails all came off within 3 days and they wouldnt fix them. Im in the process of having the charge reversed through my bank. My daughter and I both got pedicures and a full acrylic set. The total cost was $320. The cost isnt the issue here...I dont like not getting what I paid for. Pretty much this place is worse than ALL your run of the mill Asian ran nail places in Tulsa. I figured with their great location and fancy (looking) decor it would be more UPSCAPLE unfortunately my experience has been a NIGHTMARE! I mean at least at Woodlandhills mall they speak enough English to do their job properly.
