I am 53 years old and I have had many pedicures in my life time! I can say with all certainty that this was the best pedicure I have ever had! The girl who took care of me was Candy, she was wonderful and very careful that I was comfortable during the whole process. She also did my eyebrows and lip and again she was very gentle. I will definitely be back I might even get my nails done! 😃. I am very happy!

Annie is the best! She is very percise with my nails and they always look so good! I really love her and the staff is always friendly! Clean place and very relaxing.

Easily the worst eyebrow wax I’ve ever had. The girl had no idea what she was doing and was even pulling the strips the wrong way. She had the audacity to tell me it was difficult because my eyebrows were thick.

Honestly I believe in giving every business a chance but this mmmm no, I showed a picture of what I wanted & the exact shape as well as length, I got nothing like what I asked for, the shape was bulky instead of skinny like I requested, the length wasn’t anywhere close and when I went back a day later to request they fix the shape they were rude about it and didn’t fix anything, now over 2 weeks later my nails are basically stuck to my hands! I’ve tried everything to take them off and it’s almost impossible, getting them off will be a pain. Oh and to top it off when I asked for the shape to be fixed after the attitude they told me if I wanted them to fix anything else I’d have to pay the $70 all over again smh needless to say I will NOT be returning 🙄

Long review. My sister and I went to get our nails and toes done today. The atmosphere is very friendly and nice. They offer refreshments (wine, pop, water, and chips) and they have small chairs for little ones to get pedicures. My nephew came with us and had a blast getting his pedicure. That said there is a language barrier with much of the staff, which caused issues on my visit today. I wanted to the manicure because my nails were looking particularly healthy and long. I ended up splurging and getting a pedicure too. Due to miscommunication my nail technician haphazardly cut my nails down before I realized what was going on. The shellac French manicure was perfect, however. The pedicure felt amazing, but the paint job left much to be desired. I requested white with gold stripes and a red heart on the big toe. The gentleman who came to do the heart applied the top coat too soon. It looks terrible (see pic). He knew it looked bad because he said something like, it looks like melting ice cream in the summer and I agreed that it did. By this time, I had been there for two and a half hours and was ready to leave. Yes, I could have made him fix it. The point is he should have corrected the error instead of asking me if it was okay. Clearly, it was not okay if youre asking me. I did not ask for a melting heart.

Employee are so friendly, service normally comes with a short message! Kelly does a great job cares about her work. I highly recommend prices are decent.

Infinity nails and spa is great! Joseph always does my manicure and pedicure and does an excellent job. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. If you have time to make an appointment that is better, but they do take walk ins. Would highly recommend!

I dont like to give bad reviews, however this place warrants it. When you walk in you realize that they are just not ready to be fully open. I wanted my eyelashes done, I made an appointment. When I walked in, the room was not ready for me. I found out it had to be a storage room because of the new rules. They sanitized the bed and area, but i felt that they should have just made the appointment at a later date.I had a pedicure while waiting, they nipped an area of my toe and it was sore for a few days.While I gave them a bad review, Im hoping that they have adjusted to reopening and are ready to accommodate their clients!

Look at what they did for my toe nails! They didnt paint correctly and its UNEVEN! It looks so bad! I spent more than $50 for that and I regret coming here. Terrible service

I am a manicurist myself, but have been laid up since 12/24/2019. I had surgery on my right hand. I’ve been to a few places and I’m not dissing them, it’s just that Annie at Infinity Nails knew exactly how I prefer I’d be done. She painted the tip edge and from my 31 yrs as a nail tech I know how beneficial it is to paint the tips. She also squared off my nails and I couldn’t find anyone who knew what squared off meant (the way I square nails)!! So nice to have someone listen to what you are looking for. Yes .... I would definitely recommend Infinity Nails next to Whole Foods at 91/Yale

The best place Ive found since moving to Tulsa!!

The owner who gave me my pedicure was rude, rough, aggressive and dismissive!She cut my toe, didn’t apologize, rub my legs with so much force, she hurt me. A pedicure there usually take 20 to 25 minutes, hers lasted 13 min.Her tone was cutting and she had no bed manners.I won’t return there. Too bad because her employees were really kind and soft.

My technician was a true perfectionist and wouldn’t settle until the shape and length of my nails were perfect. The pedicure was nothing short of blissful. They will definitely have my exclusive business.

I’ve been seeing Tom for about 2 years. He has done a great job on my solar nails!!!! He listens to me & makes adjustments accordingly!!!! I followed him from the other Infinity Salon on Riverside. All of the people at both Salons are very nice & provide a great service!!!! I would highly recommend Infinity Salon to others!!!! They take great care of your nails!!!! When I started at Infinity I had just left another salon where the owner was doing my nails; she did a terrible job because she wasn’t focused on me she was focused on others walking in & she actually damaged my nails. I’ve never had a problem at Infinity & it’s a very pleasant atmosphere!!!! Try the Vietnamese coffee; it’s really delicious!!!!

I always go to Joseph at Infinity Nail at the 91st and Yale spa. He is the only one I go to. He does a great job. He is very professional and makes sure you like the work he is doing.

Poor quality gel manicure. Started peeling the day after. Not friendly

My second dipped manicure lasted only 10 days. They comped a small chip fix on day 9. The technician said I did too many dishes, too much water. The next day 4 more nails chipped half-off at the tip. Holiday manicure was gone. I have gotten 3-4 weeks of wear from dip manicures from other salons. My first dipped manicure from Infinity lasted 2 weeks, but I had been gardening. They also drew blood on both my friend and I with the cuticle trimmers. Ouch!The staff is very nice, it is a lovely place and the massage during dry time brought me back for a 2nd try, not again.

Every time i come here to get my nails done, im always happy walking out. I usually get the Infinity pedicure and this one comes with neck and shoulder massage which i really enjoy. Love all the employees, they all are experienced nail techs. I’ve been coming here since they opened. Will never go anywhere else othe than this place. Very highly recommended.

Horrible experience. Tech was not nice to me. Didn’t even smile or say a word to me while I was getting my manicure. Just kind of threw my hands around. My Shellac mani looks like I did it myself at home. Horribly shaped my nails. They are crooked. Hand massage was about 10 seconds long. I am very displeased with the service I received. This was not my first time here. My other visit was a subpar pedicure. I only came back again because it is close to my house, and I thought maybe they would do a better manicure. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place reminds me of why I very rarely get my nails done. You pay a lot for poor service and a botched manicure or pedicure.

I don’t always need a full pedicure. Sometimes I just need a polish change. I’ve been to this salon 3 separate times & the last 2 times I was treated like an imposition. Nails were painted quickly & not very neatly. This last one was the worst & the reason I won’t be going back. The girl that was assigned to me was clearly not happy about it & was rude -speaking only to coworkers & annoyed if I asked a question. When she was finished, I inspected & saw that my pinky toenail had smudged. When I nicely asked if she could fix it she was super huffy about it. She then sprayed my toes & told me I was finished & needed to go pay. No dry time! When I got home, I had to do repair work as leaving with still wet polish is NEVER a good idea. I try really hard to keep an open mind about the language barrier, but when your technician is speaking (almost nonstop) to her coworkers with an irritated tone, then laughing at their responses, it’s hard to think they’re not bad-mouthing me - the client. I won’t be going back.

Nail Technician did a very sloppy job of fixing a broken nail. Put acrylic instead of pink & white dip. Color was different and she tried to tell me it was, because nail was new. Not so...Will not go here again
