After having the same hair stylist for 35 years in another state, I have found Ashley and her salon. I felt very comfortable, and was treated as a friend. My color, highlights and cut were amazing. Feel like a new woman. I strongly recommend her and and will be a loyal client from now on.

Ashley and her staff have been incredibly helpful with my hair. Before I started going to Creative Image my hair was often difficult to mange and unhealthy. A combination of regular haircuts, quarterly keratin treatments and the use of proper product has made my hair much healthier and easier to deal with. I had no idea what poor condition my hair was in until Ashley and the staff, at Creative Image, began caring for it and educating me about techniques and tools I didnt know were available.

Flo is a wonderful lady, and she does magic with my hair. I am pleased every time I leave her salon. I love my hair stylist!

I have never written a negative review before, but I guess theres a first time for everything.We selected this salon to do hair and makeup for prom based off of the reviews, which we have done dozens of times in the past, but our experience this time was definitely not a positive one! We brought in a picture of how we wanted the updo. This is a style my daughter had at a different event, so we knew it would be quick, easy and attractive, but her her finished product was terrible and not even close! We ended up going home, taking it down and completely redoing it. When my daughter was in the salon and asked Ashley to fix it a bit, her comment was, Im sorry you dont like it, but I dont have time to change it ... yikes! Ive never had customer service like that. I called in to talk to the manager and without belaboring all the details the customer service was non existent and she wouldnt let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. I was shocked! The upside is, Ashley was pleasant to talk to while she was doing my daughters hair, but unfortunately she did the worst job we have ever seen on both the hair and makeup and didnt seem to care much if the client was happy, which seems strange in a customer based business. Oh well we wont be back for sure!

Ive had Lisa cut my hair since I was a little, she now has cut it for the pass 21 years. Shes really great and does the best to make her clients happy. She and Ashely both did my hair and make up, as well as my bridemaids, for my wedding and it turned out stunning! Shes highly creative and if you want a little more untraditional styling or the latest trend, she can do it!

My son liked going here last year. But he was seven an the girls was nice to him. -lol-

Very friendly and knowledgable staff! They knew exactly what to do to get my hair the way I wanted it. They have a customer for life for sure!
