Love coming here, been coming here for awhile now. I enjoy them serving wine to me and they are very detailed when it comes to what you want.One thing I will say and this is something that has happened a few times: my shellac gel nail polish sometimes cracks very quickly after getting them done. I had them done on a Thursday, and now the following Monday, they are already cracking. Never a problem on my toe nails but I don’t think I’ll keep getting shellac here again. The full sets are fine tho.

Cleanliness: Armrests and chair seats were not clean and were oily.Staff: My nail tech was pretty abrasive and not very nice.Quality: My toenails were cut unevenly and the nailpolish was sloppily done.Price: $25 for a pedicureOverall: would not recommend since Ive paid $20 for a much better pedicure. Miami nails and Glamorous nails are much better

No other nail place holds a bar! Ive been coming here for years, and every time its just as good as the last! They always welcome walk ins and get started very quickly. They are SO FRIENDLY!!! Today I got the deluxe pedi and a lot of places dont even try with the massage but theirs is awesome!!! Not to mention the free wine or whatever refreshment you would like. The exterior isnt super appealing but the interior is gorgeous! Dont look anywhere else and give this place a try!

Ehhhh wasnt the best but wasnt the worst I really liked that they open early on Sunday which is what drew me to them in the first place!

I liked the hot wax after my nails were done, but that’s about it. The technician did not take her time and about a week later, I noticed the powder dip I got was coming off and my thumbnail had a dark spot on it. I asked at another place what they though it was and I was told they didn’t put enough primer on so water hot under the mail and caused fungus. Needless to say, I was not happy. I went back over there and asked if they could, at least, take the powder dip off of the affected nail. I thought they would offer to do it over or give me a discount on next service, but they argued and said they couldn’t do anything about it. The girl finally took it off ( with a sharp fake nail and it hurt!). I said “thank you” and left. I’m not going back there.

Wonderful staff and we love our nails and toes. They go above and beyond for you. They make sure every step is done. We didnt feel like they was rushing threw. Thank you guys so much!! 🥰

The quality of the manicure and pedicure services were not on a professional level. The pedicure was acceptable but the polish was not put on neatly. The cuticles were not cleaned up like they should have on the manicure. The polish was so sloppy that I asked that it be removed. The shop itself doesn’t look clean. I am from out of town but the next time I visit Tulsa, I won’t go back here.

I will never go back here. Very rude and unprofessional. The lady who did my pedicure cut my big toe. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

On 6/14/21 evening I went in for a pedicure and the manager did my pedicure and it was the worst job ever with this business. She will not be able to touch me again. I’m scared. Everyone else is absolutely wonderful.

Poor customer service... I wanted to get a fill done, I told the tech I went some where else and didnt like my nails. The tech assumes I got my nails done here and assumed I was talking bad about her staff. So she told me I had to pay 75 dollars extra for her service and wanted me to pay up front. I asked for the manager turns out she was the manager. For 1 a manager should not yell at a customer in front of everyone just because her friend walked in and she wanted to attend to her instead. All she had to do was say she didnt want to do my nails. I found a better nail salon called Professional Nail care on Harvard.

Very poorly ran and very unorganized. Sat and waited a hour and a half before being seated. After being seated I watched people come in after me and leave before me. If you start on someones nails at least sit there and finish. I ended up walking out with my nails halfway finished.

While taking off the old shellac polish the tech cut part of my toe skin, after I advised her to please not go over the same area, she did it again and cut a huge piece of skin, which it started bleeding 🩸 profusely and wouldn’t stop, the tech seemed annoyed rather than remorseful and just picked up her stuff and left me there, after a while another girl came to help me to remove part of the liquid glue the other girl applied...what a horrible experience! I ended up walking out with half a pedicure and a very sore/open toe...will never go back and I’ll make sure my daughters don’t go back either.

I went in yesterday and got shellac taken off to put a new color on. Well while they where taking the color off the had me soak my fingers in acetone. Well when she was done she poured the acetone back in the same bottle she got it out of... like hello that is nasty and with COVID-19 going on you think they would be more clean. They involve customers In the personal problems between employees. I will not be going here anymore.

I have been a customer for over a year; and at first I was pleased. I got a hand/wrist massage and they would paraffin dip my hands for softening. But slowly, their service started slacking. They will tell you it will be 5 minutes, but they tag team you, and you end up sitting for 2 hours waiting on Lee to shape your nails, another girl to paint and another girl to design. Last week was the last straw. I have never got a pedicure there, because I am usually on my lunch but I was leaving for vacation and wanted something special. A pedicure, with matching shellac nails and maybe a little tropical design on the big toe and ring finger. They did the pedicure first, then moved me to a chair for my nails. When she finished, I noticed the color did not match. I asked them about it and they told me it was my fault for picking the toe color but I did not pick the toe color, I picked one shellac color and they attempted to match the toe color with a regular polish. I did not have time for them to redo my toes as I had a dinner and then home to pack for vacation. Two hours later, I left and when I got out in the sun, my nails looked terrible. They were darker in the middle than around the edges because they cut corners and didnt paint the entire nail with every coat. I was so upset. I went to dinner and then drove back to the nail salon. I tried to explain and they said it was my fault again and that it would be $27 to fix it. They were very disrespectful and Lee would not even come talk to me. They left me sitting there for 45 minutes after the scraped the color off my nails and a tech brought me a color that would match my toes, so I painted them myself. After I did that, they said they gave the the wrong type of polish and had to take it off and paint them again. They still looked terrible out in the sun and they did not match my toes. So, take my word, dont go there. Did I mention my total was $70 plus a tip and then another $27 for them to fix it? I will be looking for a better salon.

This was my first time ever having my nails done at any place. A friend recommended them to me and although I was nervous at first when I walked in I felt much better. They were kind and shaped my nails for me. All in all very pleased and will go back for my next nail session

I waited almost an hour to get a pedicure. She rushed the whole thing instead of taking her time. They asked me if I wanted a drink 3 different times, I said yes please everytime and never got a drink. They charged me for shellac when I didn’t want it. The paint job was terrible. The sides of my pinky toes were not painted.

They are so professional and very caring of their clients. They want to make sure your happy and satisfied from the time you come in until the moment you leave.. You feel like royalty when they hand you a glass of wine and say just relax I will take care of you.. AND THEY DO!

I have been here before, they advertise on the internet and the scrolling sign in their window that they are open until 8pm. Since I’m working 12 hour shifts every day, I need a place that is open after I get off work at 7pm. I entered the building at 723pm and the 3 employees refused to help me because they were already closed. Maybe they should Unplug the scrolling light up sign that says they are open until 8.

I love this place. Been going here for over a year now and they always listen to how I want my nails done cause I want them short. Always have a glass ready when I sit down. The girls are so sweet. Took me awhile to find a place that I love now I drive from ba to see them. Great place.

Update 3.26.21 - the man there does a poor job. This is the second chance iwas giving him and my acrylics came off within the week. I couldnt go back because I was out of town helping with funeral arrangements. The lady with the baby boy does really good with designs, so kudos to her.Everyone was nice. I didnt get the ladys name (manager maybe?) but she seemed strict but she knew what she was doing. She saw someone struggling with a customer and yelled at them for hurting them lol. She took over after finished with me. I will be coming back!

This was the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. The water was cold. I was not asked what type of pedicure services I would like. She barely performed a basic pedicure. Heard there was a charge for every different color I would like to use and assumed I wanted a basic pedicure. I really just got a rinse off of my feet and that was it. I also over heard them tell another customer that when they scrub you feet it was extra. I have never heard of this and thought it was a part of the service. The overall customer service experience was totally terrible. If I could give a zero I would. I never write reviews ever, but felt the need to do so on this one. Also instead of using toe separaters they used napkins. I can not and will never ever visit this establishment again. The absolute worst.

I have been coming for the past 5 years and I truly love it. 20 minutes out of my way but so worth it. The girls are hilarious and so sweet. My nails are always done the way I want them to be and excellent service. My whole family goes here and we stop by for family pics with them for Christmas, Easter and Halloween. Couldnt imagine a better place!!!

So I had been here before, and been completely oblivious to what I was supposed to look for in a GOOD quality nail salon. They will give you wine, make it quick and hope you get drunk to not notice all of the things they are doing wrong and that’s probably why this place has good reviews.I was absolutely disgusted when I realized they DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR INSTRUMENTS. They literally pull them off this gross cart and reuse them for other customers!! I could’ve swore I saw some old nails crusted on the nail clippers she was using on me. Afterwards she even placed the tools she used in the water and “washed them” with my feet STILL IN THE WATER. The older woman who did my pedicure was very rough on my feet and half—assed it. I can’t believe they are still in business.... no one has taken notice at the fact that they aren’t sanitizing their tools. Why isn’t the health department all over this?!But besides that being so disgusting, they are very rude and pushy. Also overpriced for getting fungi if you ask me. My pedicure was unevenly cut and polish was all over my toes in weird places...DO NOT COME HERE. I will be reporting this place to my sister who works at the health department!

This was my second time using their service. I was referred there by my daughter, The first time 08/2014 was a decent experience, I had a spa pedicure, eyebrow arch, and my shellac nails re-done. I wasnt happy with the spa pedicure, because, when I got home, my feet were dry, as if I had nothing done to them, the only decent thing about my feet was the polish on my toes. My shellac nails was the best, The lady was very professional and you could tell she knew what she was doing, I received all that was indicated would be done, hand message, cuticle treatment, paraffin wax, etc.But the 2nd time, on 09/22/2014 I was not welcomed when I entered, everyone just turned to look, then after a minute, asked what I needed. I informed them, shellac nails and eyebrow arch. A young lady started the procedure, but after a few minutes I knew she wasnt quite sure what she was doing. I asked about the older lady I had the last time I was there, and she either didnt understand what I was saying or didnt care. After she continuously scraped and scraped my nails trying to get the shellac off, she informed me to go wash, I received no cuticle treatment, no message, no paraffin wax, I even asked about why I wasnt receiving this and she spoke to another lady who indicated it would be done later, that never happened. After she polished the tips of my hands over and over several times, about 5 times to be exact, she left and returned to say, she was finished, I repeated, thats it?. I never got my eyebrows arched. After the worst manicure I had ever had, I thought it would be best to leave well enough alone. I will never in my life time return back, and have every intention on turning both my daughter and granddaughter, and anyone else I can away from there.

There werent any other customers in the whole nail salon on Fri mid-morning. They did a very poor, sloppy job on a basic manicure, and it definitely wasnt because they were busy. The nails werent shaped evenly, they didnt buff my nails, and she didnt trim the cuticles. My 3 year old grandson could have done a better job! I wont ever go back.

THEY DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS!!!Grossly unclean, awkward customer service, pushy. The woman that did my pedi did not communicate well, I could hardly understand her. I watched her finish me and wheel her cart full of all the tools she used on me, and BEGAN USING THEM ON THE NEXT PERSON. Not to mention she seemed out of it, like she was on something. Why on Earth does this place have almost 5 stars?! Its downright scary in here and one big health code violation!

This is place I frequent and I get many services from this establishment. However my my last pedicure sucked and they got my eyebrows too skinny. I think it depends on whoever helps you how good a job they do.

I generally really like this place, but have had a couple bad experiences the last few times. Had to wait 45+ min to get my pedicure (it is a Saturday, which is generally a busy time, but when three ladies walked in separately after you, and each one receives their pedicure before you, something is wrong). After 47 min I was drying my feet to walk out when I think they finally got the hint. Charged $8 extra (maybe for callous removal, but they never tell you). Totally different color put on my toenails than the 431 color I picked out, but by this time, Im just ready to leave). Requested my toenails not be trimmed on the sides TWICE, but happened anyways. Sooooooo my left big toenail is KILLING me right now.........will prbly have an infection. Its time for me to find a new place.

I just came back from here and wow, the customer service is D I S G U S T I N G. They’re so rude and vile. They have ZERO respect. I was talking about the nail shape and she took them off and left my nails with gummy tips and my skin is peeling the excess off because she didn’t even bother to drill the excess, she just wiped it with a paper towel and told me to get out. Never come here, they tried charging me for $45 for a regular set and TO PUSH MY CUTICLES BACK. I will be posting this everywhere and the picture of my nails and I walked out with disgusting gummy nails. This was at the worst place I’ve ever been to. The service was disgusting and they will know to NEVER disrespect another customer again, I promise their own business that💯 YALL GOT THE RIGHT ONE TODAY.

I had came in to get new dip nails and the first lady shaved my nails so hard.. i told her it hurt then she proceeded to tell me the lady doing nails next me would help and walked off. Then they gave me a bowl of acetone and i sat there for more then 30 minutes and no one came and helped me. They cussed out another lady while i was there yelling at her calling her abitch because it wasn’t the right nail color she wanted. How is this professional??? They also don’t clean there tools

I will never go to this place again Lee the manager told me I had to get a new set no refills if it was done by any other salon.she ripped my nail in half taking my set off .The whole quick non professional removal hurt really bad.The professional way would have been to soak them first. I was charged $55 and I tipped $15, which I regret ! They refused to make my nails short which I really need because I am on computers in my line of profession .My photo will show what is considered short nails, which I was treated very poorly for having them this short .Three days after having the set put on one popped completely off while I was asleep !!??!?I proceeded to go back in to the nail shop on my lunch break to ask them to fix it they said they would fix the nail for $10 more dollars! I refused $70 was enough for a 2 week nail job for me I was treated rudely and I said You would rather lose a regular who tips $15 -$20 dollars a visit than fix my one nail that popped off in my sleep above all things ?..they said BYE!! Very carelessly and rude !!!! Their loss!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called and made an appointment and the lady was rude on the phone, I still decided to come in. When I walked in no one greeted me. My appointment was at 11am and I left 40 minutes later without being serviced. The only thing they said to me was “pick a color” Terrible place to go!!

They did my nails so bad earlier today. I didn’t wanna ask them to fix them because they are very very rude the guy spoke about my nail biting habit in a different language because he thought i couldn’t understand. They just dry towels no washing. My nails were supposed to be square and somehow i ended up with crooked almond and some are loose. They are very uneven and bumpy i had acrylic all over my hands and he filed my nails with a drill without even looking and burnt me a few times. My cousin also wanted silver with her nails and they gave her WHITE plain white. Do yourself a favor the nail salon on 81st across from Walmart is amazing DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
