I have gone there for many years now and have always been happy with the results. The students are knowledgeable and their work is checked several times by the instructor before your procedure (for hair) is done, and they want you to be satisfied with the end result.

I always love getting my hair done here! I do all over color and occasional trims, and it always turns out perfect.

I grew up in BA and this beauty college has been around since I was 17. Pretty much all of my family has been there at least once that I know how and never had any bad outcomes. Keep rocking it ladies and gentlemen!!♡

I had previously went to another school in Tulsa and dropped out because the curriculum just didn’t suit my learning style so I came here because they are a pivot point school instead of milady. They have you work on clients after only 8 weeks instead of 7 months which sounds scary but it’s the best way to get you ready for the salon instead of just state board. I’m retaining a lot more information because of the way this school teaches and I’m so happy to be here. It’s a small school which means there’s more one on one opportunities with instructors in case you don’t understand and they really care and want to see us succeed. I highly recommend this school. I’m very happy to be here and feel like I’ll be ready for work as soon as I get my license.

So Danielle did my hair this time... Though I wanted more tighter curls this time, the way it is, still suited me very well and I received a lot of compliments on my hair. In her defense, I did tell Danielle that she could do it however she wanted and it turned out to be quite nice....I only styled it this time

I had a wonderful experience here! I was initially apprehensive, but my color (including base, highlights & toner) turned out fabulous! The student * Madyson did a superb job! Her instructor was also excellent, as she checked on me accordingly and supervised. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed!!😁😁

100% would recommend. the student hadn’t done my kind of color before and it took a long time but that’s okay it was very well done and when something got a little messed up they fixed it immediately and i was definitely treated very very well. $107 for a $300+ process. i love it!

Asked for a senior who is about to graduate from the school i got a new person. I have long hair and this lady messed up my hair so bad the worse part is that the instructor gave her a 100% on the cut. There is no way! I had to spend $50 to get it fixed at a different place.

Made an appointment for 2:30pm on Friday. Arrived right at 2:30 only to find out (15 minutes later) the person I was scheduled with had already left. Worked in with two separate people, who did their very best, but didnt really have experience with what I wanted. Saw a teacher twice in an hour and a half, so the ladies had zero help. I had an event I was supposed to be at by 5pm. I still had to go home and get dressed. Needless to say, I was late.

Im so thrilled with my time with Megan Weber, she was so knowledgeable & professional. My color and cut were perfect! I look forward to seeing more of Megan. Definitely worth the drive to get such hands on and wonderful service. Megan has a spunky and enjoyable personality .

Ive just begun going to this center and am very impressed with my beautician, Amanda Good. She did a great job twice for me. Also found great customer service here along with impressive appearance of the entire teaching atmosphere. Wednesdays and Thursdays are senior days offering 20% off, which is quite a deal.

I had an amazing experience with my beautician Megan Weber. I had never had my hair done by anyone else other than my mother so I was a little nervous, but when I got there and we talked about each step we were going to do and the colors we were going to use. I went in with brown and blonde hair and left with dark brown and blue/purple hair and I cant wait to go back for another crazy color! If you are looking for some color shes your girl!

My hair was highlighted for the first time, and colored. They listened to what I wanted and had great suggestions. It looks fabulous! It beats the high price beauty salons.

I graduated from here in 2010. It was not until I moved to a rural town that I realized how good my education here was, I took it for granted. The teachers were very good, and I stay in contact with them for advice to this day! I highly recommend this school.

So I made an appointment with them a week prior to the services! I got a call the next week mid- way through the week that because of a holiday they would not be there ! Extremely unprofessional! Poor customer service !

I have been attending CEC for a month now and love it! The staff is amazing and the environment is nonjudgmental. I would recommend for anyone who is interested in the beauty industry.

I understand that these are students, but my nails were not buffed during my manicure so the polish looked a little rougher than anticipated at the end. Then, my checkout price was 150% of what was listed on the website for the service, so I was frustrated that I had to pay much more than anticipated. For the final price, I should’ve gone to a professional salon. I was expecting a lesser quality for a discounted rate, but the final rate was the same as a salon.

Drew F blow dried and straightened my hair and did such a good job!! Hes very sweet and pleasant and I couldnt have had a better experience :)

I definitely had a great experience. I went in to get my hair trimmed and was promptly greeted. My stylist Haley Cypert was professional and explained what she was doing while she was doing it and also offered advice on how to keep my hair as healthy as possible. She even helped me choose which moisturizer I wanted to purchase, taking my individual skin concerns into consideration. If you want a personable, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable stylist who is clearly passionate about cosmetology and esthetics I couldnt recommend her more.

I have been coming to this beauty college since it opened. The staff is so knowledgeable and the students have always provided great service with fantastic results. Lately Megan Weber has been coloring and cutting my hair. I love her energy and skills. Megans professional abilities and talents are validated at the end of each appointment as well as every time I have requested her for my next appointment!Update..... I came in today for a Cut and Deep Conditioning. Haley Cypert did a FANTASTIC job! I love my cut and she put me to sleep iat the shampoo bowl!

I used to LOVE going to Pivot point to get my hair done the STAFF USED to be REALLY friendly. Well I decided to give it another chance & that was the WORST mistake I think I could of EVER DONE!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK or EVEN RECOMMEND ANYONE to EVER go there. I WAS a regular customer on getting my hair done every week & then I went to one other place 1 time because I couldnt make it to Pivot point & then when I went back to Pivot point they treated me like CRAP!! I was a VERY good customer & tipped well, and I still got treated poorly!! I will NEVER be back to that school EVER!! So happy to say I have e other options!!!

Truly committed to excellence . Ashley Boyers conditioned my hair for a month to get it into shape for a braid perm. Have not seen that dedication anywhere else. I choose to come back year after year for my hair care needs. ..... Be warned my hair was ruined. Its been 8 months since Ashley destroyed my hair. Once a week for a month I came in and had my hair conditioned to get it in to shape for a perm I color my hair and have a lot of long dark hair. ( had one years ago) I Wanted a lose wide curl. Ashley showed me pictures of braid perms shes done. I had never seen that before. Each week she assured me it would not be some tight frizzy undefined look. I went home with wet hair after getting it permed. And as it dried it was clear I had a terrible frizzy crimped styled hair. I went back and was beyond mad. The instructor said they could either cut off my long hair or reperm it. I came back one month later to get my hair corrected. But when I returned I had to deal with a different instructor (the original was on vacation) She said my hair would fall out if they permed it and worse Ashley now tried to changed her description of the perm I was given and the expected results. She repeatedly lied to me I called her out on it after all they were her pictures so there was no confusion about the expected results.The damage is done I have no curl at all its crimped the complete opposite of what I wanted. In the end they said I could have a hair conditioning treatment for my troubles. But I needed to cut my hair off. I went home and cut off my long hair and the texture 8 months later is the same awful straw. I can straighten it but the first sign of humidity​ its frizzy again . Neveragain. Be warned I thought I was in good hands and had instructor oversight to count on. Never again

I visited Haley Cypert today (April 7th) and Im overly pleased. I typically visit a salon in Claremore, but I truly believe Haley did better than anyone at the salon I used to use. I will be back to use Haley! She was friendly, understanding, and made sure it was exactly what I wanted! She also explained every step and why she was using certain products! Im so happy with my cut! Thank you Haley!!!!! When she graduates I will follow her to her salon!

My hair coloring didnt turn out right. When I asked for a correction, they said they wouldnt be able to make it right. I know that these are students, so I guess I shouldnt expect that it would be the same as a regular salon. I dont think I will be able to visit again.

I am a student at Cosmetology Education Center. I am so thankful for the Pivot Point curriculum & the teachers who ensure my understanding. I receive exposure & hands-on training for hair, esthetics, & State Board test preparation. I am confident in my choice to pursue my career at CEC. I would recommend this school to anyone interested in going into the industry & to anyone getting hair or esthetic services.

I love cosmetology education center! I did my master instructor course, I wouldnt have picked to go elsewhere! The location is perfect, the building is beautiful! The staff is amazing, they care!! Its not just a school, its a family! They more than prepare the students for state board exams! More than that, they make sure the students are industry ready! They students will go out into the field confident, practiced, and successful!! CEC, enables the graduates to have had experience in ALL of the cosmetology world!! Not, just certain areas!! This make a huge difference!! CEC, allows the students to be creative and learn more than what is in a text book!! Instructors are caring and educated!!! I myself wanted a school that would make sure that I knew ALL details in my realm!!! CEC did just that and more!!
