Our son has studied with the Professor for 8+ years. It has been a tremendous experience. In addition to the wonderful & practical martial arts skill set he has developed, his confidence has grown. And, in helping the younger students, his sense of responsibility has grown. I cannot say enough good things about the program.

We appreciate the small class size. Professor Hargrave and Sensai are very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Our family really loves the Hargrave method. It is really solid. When you graduate to a higher belt it is because you earned it.

Professor Hargrave is not your ordinary teacher. He has years of experience, training and accolades. His methodology is sound and his techniques are pain inducing. I have taken both private and public classes with The Professor and not only do you learn about Martial Arts but about life. He is always cracking jokes but when the kicks start flying it is all business.

There is no other experience that beats learning from a true Grand Master of the Martial Arts, and Professor Hargrave is exactly that. He has more blackbelts than anyone can count, was awarded the rank of 10th degree for his development in the arts, and was enducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame as instructor of the year on multiple accounts.There is no other instructor in the the state of Oklahoma, let alone the city of Tulsa who is more qualified or capable of teaching you true self defense.I have trained under Professor Hargrave for close to 10 years now, have achieved the rank of Nidan (2nd Dan Blackbelt), and have experienced a completely life changing transformation in the process.When I started my journey in the martial arts I was very overweight, and under confident. Thanks to his instruction that has completely changed. Not only have I become more capable in Kempo Karate but I have also developed a much healthier lifestyle change both physically and mentally in the process.On top of that, what the Professor teaches actually works!! By far the best option for our son. He is learning self defense and gaining self esteem. He loves the Sensei and Professor.

This place is a complete joke, owned and instructed by a man with an ego larger than his brain. While reasonably priced, I recommend staying away from here.
