Great people. Called them ahead and they unloaded us a day early. Very fast and one of the rare companies that appreciate truckers. Lady on the phone told me her dad was a trucker and that she is doing her best not to keep trucks waiting. Great job!

I have worked here almost 3yrs. Really enjoy my graveyard crew. Of course like any job you have your problems, but grow up. If you can handle standing, lifting and squatting then you can do this job. Do your job and you will go places within the company. Stand around and do nothing but play on your phone, then only place you need to go is out the door..

Roaches everywhere! bathrooms are not clean at all toilet paper all in the toilets …

I recently started working there and the hourly pay is great. Now the hours are crazy and does take some time getting used too but its worth it. Theyre break room is the biggest one Ive seen so far. I really like working there and the jobs arent hard at all.

Worst place to work for unprofessional staff, rude,the supervisors favorite only there “friends” the CEO bob talks down to you, yells at you in front of everyone. And most of the leads, supervisors and HR staff are having affairs with each other especially the son in law to the founder of the company I would HIGHLY not recommend working there way to much drama!

Cant say anything for the inserters or cutters but bindery your wasting your time was there about two months they expect you too learn these machines from the first week your their everybody will tell you something different look at the other reviews they try to get rid of you if you fail too understand the machines even though your progressing nice people but thats it place is sketchyyyyyy

Very horrible training. Unless you speak another language youll be training yourself and treated like an outsider. Pablo the supervisor in mail shop is rude and not much help either. Then they expect you to work 7 days a week 12 hours a day. Id never recommend this place besides for a short period job to get some money.

Very very racist supervisors. Very unorganized. No real training. You have to train yourself. The employees are nice but the head supervisor is a VERY RACIST man (Richard Boyd), and he lets it be known. If they had different supervisors thats actually there making sure the employees understand what theyre doing, it would be a great place to work. I didnt mind the work hours. Hopefully somebody will get rid of the supervisors thats making people quit left to right.... (Main reason why they cant keep people at night)

Terminated my badge bc i asked about morning shift but they assumed i didnt want the night shift. I was clueless.

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Yes, applying and getting an interview with them is super easy and fast. But from experience, it is a terrible company to work for, especially their hours of operation. This company is just bad period, nothing good ever comes out of this company!

I have heard terrible things about this place in regards to employment. They treat their employees very unfairly and take advantage of their time and hard work. If you are looking for a job stay far far away from Resource One. They do not take responsibility for their own actions and their HR department is very inexperienced.
