Had oversized gutters installed on a 30x40 pole barn. Less than year later theyre pulling away from the top. Ive called and sent emails of the photos but havent heard anything back in over a week. The gutters look great but dont appear to function/last; ymmv.

Their estimate was very competitive with others that I had received for the same scope of work. We had guttering with oversized downspouts and leaf guards installed and the bids came out to almost the same as others that I got. The difference was, and I saw when it was installed, their ability to install the guttering and not wreck the flower beds as friends have told me happens. They were just as they were, before the guttering was installed. I would highly recommend Rainflo to others who are interested.

We initially called Rain Flow because a highly reputable roofing company recommend them . I initially made an appointment for repairs only and they were willing to come for what was to be a very small job. A few days later Clifton called to tell me he was on the way at our scheduled time....I had not looked at my calendar and was unable to get home.He was very understanding and gracious about it and was willing to reschedule several days later. He knows an awful lot about gutters and downspouts and what would look right and what would not. He was a tremendous help. We decided to install an updated system. We actually had a second company come out for an estimate and it was quite a bit higher for removing the old guttering and putting on new guttering. The two installers Jordan and David worked tirelessly for 2 days getting the job done. We love it. It is a clean sleek look. We decided to get the leaf shield so we wont be fighting leaves anymore. The other company did not have that system. Thank you Rain Flow. Tremendous employees and a job well done!

I scheduled an appointment with Clifton Hurley and completely forgot about it! He was very understanding and was more than willing to reschedule later in the week with me. He is very knowledgeable about his products. We had new guttering, downspouts and leaf shield installed. The installers, Jordan and David worked tirelessly for 2 days to get it done. Since then we have a thunderstorm and it works as promised! Great employees to work with and great product!

Rain-Flow is a top notch local company. I have dealt with many mediocre contractors, but Rain-Flow knows how to rise above. They are the best contractor I have ever dealt with. They are professional in appearance, honest and reliable. They showed up on time and followed through on the job of installing our gutters and finials. Their workers meticulously combed our yard to make sure no debris was left for us to pick up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product and service.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to recommend this company. In the beginning we were promised numerous dates for installation that came and went and it wasn’t until we told them to forget about it that they finally showed up to do the install. Initially it looked good but once it rained, we noticed that one of the gutters was installed incorrectly. Now the real fun begins, we called numerous times again and was given the same runaround as before, even after talking to the owner! I Called again to find out when they were coming out and was lied to and told it has already been done, Im like no it hasnt.Finally, after multiple weeks and what seemed like a hundred phone calls later, they showed up to make the repair. The sad part is it was an easy fix that took less than 1 hour to complete. I have never had to work so hard to give a company my business and I really regret it.

The rain overflows from our new guttering and they won’t make time to come out and fix it. I’ve called multiple times. The office won’t schedule appointments you have to contact the sales rep and he won’t make time to come out. Very frustrating and a waste of money. New guttering does the same thing are old guttering does.

What a professional company and a great product! I called Rain Flow with a problem I had with my existing gutter screens. They called me back quickly and let me know what to expect with the Leaf Shield product, how much it would cost, and when they could do the installation. When I met the gentleman on my property, he took the time to stop and answer all my questions and give me instruction on how to maintain my new investment. Afterwards, I received another call asking me how I liked the service and the Leaf Shield. I LOVE this product but it is only as good as the company that stands behind the product. You WILL NOT be disappointed in either. They are very customer oriented!

Rain-Flow was hired by my general contractor to do gutter replacements. The work they did was beautiful! I had one slight issue pop-up after the gutters were installed (absolutely no fault whatsoever of Rain-Flow), called them to see if they could help me and they went above and beyond to help. Rain-Flow was great! The price was competitive. The workers were clean and neatly dressed. Earnest answered all my questions and they cleaned up when they left. My only complaint was that they were supposed to call and let me know when they were coming-they did not call, they just showed up. They did such a good job that the no phone call was no big deal! I stopped This guy in a QuickTrip because I saw His jacket said Rainflow. Something had ripped the gutters off my moms house. He told me to call, I did. An appointment was made. A quote was given and work was performed quickly and done well. The owner even came by my moms house to inspect the work.The new gutters were obviously a better quality of material than the builder had installed and they looked great. In addition, the water no longer pools in the yard thanks to some rerouting. Rainflow will install my gutters going forward. Also a special thank you to the installer who helped my mom unload a couple heavy items from her car. Who does that?!?

We just had new gutters with Leaf-shields installed on our home. Due to a misunderstanding, four of the downspouts were the wrong color. When I called about it, at first the salesman didnt want to correct it without additional charges, but when I spoke with Chris, the owner, he immediately apologized and promised it would be remedied. Within a few days, one of his workers came out and changed them. Now they look wonderful, and I am a HAPPY, satisfied customer. I can say they really DO stand behind their products and service. I would highly recommend Rain-Flow. The installers were great and easy to work with. When they showed up we walked around the house and discussed what was going to be done and they got right to work. After the project was complete they asked to walk around and inspect their work to insure everything looked satisfactory. Happy with the guttering product, but was overcharged. After receiving a quote and while waiting for them to get to us (we were advised that they were scheduled out 4-6 weeks, took about 8 weeks though), we had a permanent patio cover installed, eliminating the need for guttering and leaf guard over the back patio. I advised that we were planning to do this at the time of the quote and was assured that they would adjust accordingly, but was still charged the same price. It took several phone calls to the salesman and the office to get them to agree to a refund of the over payment, and then it took well over a month and additional reminder phone call to get that check sent to us. If not for being overcharged and the hassle of getting them to make the final amount correct, it would be a higher rating. The guttering does look good and they are competitively priced.

We were very pleased with the actual gutters and installation. A few years later, we had a problem with our fascia board rotting and they gave us a quote on coming out to repair it. It was a very small job, and apparently it wasnt worth their time. I just wish theyd told me that up front instead of me having to try to call them to remind them to come out and actually do the work, which they never did. It was always well get to it next week and that week never came.

Clifton came out to measure and speak with us about the Leaf Shield product, as well as new gutters and downspouts. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions about the life time warranty that came with the Leaf Shield product as well as the gutters and downspouts. He further indicated that the company was fully insured with both general liability and workmens compensation insurance coverage. He spoke with us about the company being in business for 40 years (although we had done our research on Angies list and the feedback was excellent). The crew arrived as scheduled and finished the job the next day. Everything went very smoothly -- all of the old gutters and downspouts were removed and disposed of by Rain Flow, the new gutters and downspouts, together with the Leaf Shield were installed professionally. All debris was removed. The man in charge walked the entire property to have us inspect all the work. We had no questions. We were very pleased with the quality of the material used and the professional installation.

The salesman that gave me the quote decided to quit without giving rainflow any notice. He put rainflow in quite the bind and they were late getting to my job because of it. But they took a bunch off the price to make it right. And did a great job with my guttering.

I just wanted you guys to know that this weeks hard rains is the first chance we have been able to check out the job you did repairing, replacing and adding screens and shields and putting a hose on the side of our house work. It is great. You are the best. My gutters leaked and poured over and water came into our garage but now during this very hard rain storm not one drop is pouring over and it is all being taken away properly. You were my first gutters and lasted for 20 years and then I made a mistake letting my roof company put their gutters on which was disastrous. Gutters on my house were gorgeous and the staff and crew were amazing!

I did not have gutters already on a new house I moved into, and after the month of May, it became very very apparent that I needed them. Judging by Rain-Flows reviews I had them and a few others come out and quote the work. They came in the cheapest, but at the same time I liked the information they gave me. The warranty and insurance info was an excellent touch that no one else provided.After I put in my order I didnt hear from them in a week. There was no scheduling or call to let me know they were backed up however long. I called them the following week to make sure they still had me on the list. This was a little expected because after May, one can only imagine how busy they were. I didnt hear back from anyone on the first day, but the second time I called back I got confirmation that I was on the list and they had a 1-2 week backlog they were working through.Imagine my surprise when they showed up Friday afternoon and had it done before I got home from work. Not only that, the work was excellent, the quality seems fantastic and the color we chose matches the house perfectly! The only thing that bothered me was that there was a piece of cut gutter in the driveway that must have fallen out as they left. Not a big deal, just hucked it in the trash can. They did an excellent job and I feel like it was worth it and then some! Id easily recommend them to anyone and know that you wont be disappointed with their quality!Do yourself a favor and go with Rain-Flow Systems.
