I did end up going with another company for my install but John was super nice and answered all of my questions.
I have retired from building but have used different people from Tulsa Glass since 2005. They recently completed a project for a friend who lives in a house built in the 1930s. Great job. My thanks to Bill and also the installers. I highly recommend this company.
Wonderful people to work with! I went in to get a mirror and pane of glass with specific dimensions for an infinity mirror. We were told the mirror-reflective glass had to be ordered, but would be cut right away. It was ready just as the ETA expected, and when I wasnt able to make it in by closing at 4:30 Friday, I was even met there after hours to pick it up for my project. Lovely, local neighbors! Will absolutely being doing business with them again if I need a glass or mirror order. Thanks guys!
We just had window replacement on our house.THEY WERE EXCELLENT!!Very friendly, professional & affordable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tulsa glass & metal!!
This is the best place to go and get custom cut glass in Tulsa. Fast and friendly service.
I dont like to replace old panes of glass with new panes of glass. I like to use old glass in old windows, think it keeps the character of the old window. These guys get that, thats pretty cool....ClaytonJamesDesign
Nice Helpful Staff and good quality material
Phenomonal experience, great working with Steve in the office, gave us a quote immediately over the phone. Scheduled the install, Blake called ahead while on the way and installed the Glass with me. While cleaning the glass the next day we discovered a scratch in the glass. Steve called in a replacement no questions asked and Blake was out the next day to replace it at no cost. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable experience, will recommend Tulsa Glass to anyone I meet in need of Glass.
They are a very busy shop but still took the time to educate me on the glass I needed..Very friendly service !
January 24, 2018 -- I attempted to have a small rectangular tempered glass shower panel installed in a home in Sand Springs that I was attempting to quickly move my mother into. After calling to discuss this job I sent them dimensions and address per their request. (The home address was referenced in an email that date). It took Steve 6 days to finally quote the job on January 30th. I was out of town until February 3rd and I responded that I accepted the bid and wanted to get the installation accomplished ASAP. Their response was delayed until February 4th when I was informed by email they would call tomorrow. They did not call.On Feb 5th I received a brief email message asking me the address (which had been previously supplied) I was unable to reply with that information until Feb 8th. I called their office to check on the order status and Tena informed me the glass was not ordered and they needed to send their tech staff to measure. She also told me she would have them call me -- that was the first time they told me about the technicians and measuring themselves -- they didnt call.February 9th I sent another email inquiring about the tech measurement status and was told they had chosen a day next week that was not coordinated with me -- I could not make that date and again asked if the technicians would please call me so that I could schedule a time that worked for both of us. No call was received.I was out of town until Feb 15th and was told, Our techs will be calling you tomorrow morning to let you know what time we will be out there...again no consideration for the customers availability and my efforts to schedule this now for the past 10 days.I called and talked with Steve that morning (the technicians never coordinated this with me) and shared with him the problems I had suffered in attempts to get this simple task accomplished -- he promised they would get this resolved quickly. The technicians did show, measured in about 15 minutes and wanted payment right there. As a victim of identity theft and other fraudulent actions my trust of these technicians motivated me to ask the office to call me for credit card payment which I would give them over the phone. No surprises here -- they didnt call!On Feb 16th I received an email from Tena telling me they had cancelled the job -- 23 days wasted as I attempted to get Tulsa Glass & Metal to install a very simple rectangular glass panel for my mothers home.I recommend finding another company in the Tulsa area for your glass work as the office and field staff could not accomplish this simple job without needless delay and wasted effort.
