As an Operating Engineer in charge of Fire/Life Safety in a large facility, I have had the pleasure of having a professional relationship with this company for almost a year now, seeing them at least once a week, every week.When Don Stokes tells me he or one of his techs will be on site, they are here at the given time. If they dont make the appointment time, I know well in advance with a rescheduled appointment. In the instances this has occurred, I have never had to call and ask where theyre at; they call me first every time.I am completely satisfied with the service and level of professionalism Don and each member of his team provides, even when they let me jump in and make a hand instead of just watching them.
