After collecting $$$, you are no longer to get any help. Its been over 8 weeks to get the results of ADHD but still unable to receive it with so many different excuses. I want my money back! They are unprofessional. Terri the manager even lied to me that she just saw the result come out of her computer and she would fax it to my pediatrician last week. Then today she said there is a small problem in which the doctor didnt finish part of her evaluation and that turned out to be another lie as well because the doctor told me she finished the report 3-4 weeks ago.Very poor communication among them and I dont see any Christian values toward the client. Do not waste your money, time and energy on them.

Most unchristian place you can imagine . Even receptionist are rude. But they do want your money. They will not even try to get to know you. You go in, he already thinks he knows your problems. Im Doctor myself, takes 10 minutes, fraud

Jenn Giles has been extremely helpful in my life. I NEVER write reviews, but after yet another break through session with her, I decided today was the day. I am so incredibly thankful for her. Her ability to speak truth into my life with such compassion has made such a difference.

After a brief conversation with a LOVELY lady at the front desk, you can very much tell all they really care about is the money and not so much the actual person, or maybe she just hates her job. I will definitely not be going here and I do not recommend people who are actually seeking help to do so either. The front desk lady is pointlessly rude for the simplest of questions 10/10, DO NOT recommend. this is the 3rd or 4th time Ive spoken to someone on the phone and money is all they are willing to discuss with a positive attitude.

In my experience here they seem to only care about the money. they lied to us about insurance coverage. very disappointed because I thought that a Christian based place would actually care about the people but instead they only care about the money. counseling here is a joke, don’t waste your time.

I wish there is zero star to rate

Chris Giles is a very good counselor. Everyone’s case is different but just a few months of appointments every other week has really changed my outlook on life and allowed me to relax. The office staff is very nice and they were able to work with us on price.

These people only care about money!Typical hypothetical Christians.Dont waste your time with this place.The receptionist is the worst person I have ever dealt with in the medical or counseling industry.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. They claim to be a “Christian Institute” but stole money and lied to me. When I came in for my first and only appointment they took my insurance info blue cross/blue shield, then proceeded to tell me they were out of network and my insurance wouldn’t cover the appointment. I was surprised since my insurance had covered other counseling services. So I paid the $120 out of pocket for a single visit and was somewhat content. Then I get a bill a few weeks later from my insurance for $150 showing they did in fact bill my insurance and now I’m double charged for the appointment and was lied to by the front desk receptionists. I will be placing a fraud claim with my insurance company and leave as many negative reviews online as I possibly can.

This place is a joke. Dr. William Berman takes on more cases than anyone can can handle because he is a money hungry unethical person. If you arent a evangelical christian in a custody case you can forget about being treated fairly. He openly admitted my ex was teaching my children to hate me and then still sided with him. STAY AWAY!

They lie about insurance and only care about money. The business office manager Terri is an absolute liar AND literally one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. The rest of the office staff are just as bad. I enjoyed my meetings with my therapist ( I went to 6) but will not be returning considering how terrible the organization is. I wish I could give it 0 stars. There is nothing Christian about this place
