John in Service got our motorhome in the shop to repair an axle leak while we waited. With parts on back order from Ford we couldnt use our coach for three months until we called ITP. John said no problem, bring it in, well get you fixed up and back on the road. I highly recommend Inland Truck to anyone needing truck service. They are a lifesaver.Also want to give a shout out to the guys on the front counter. They are a great bunch and helped make our visit a pleasant one. They fixed my truck. But a certain mechanic was very rude when i asked if I could just get some air in my flat so I could drive to the tire shop!!!

Updating: i have adjusted my rating as the location manager called me to apologize and try to fix the situation. I greatly appreciated the call. Customer service is not completely dead at Inland...... Dropped a drive shaft off for repair. No call, so I called them 5 weeks later when I needed the drive shaft. They couldn’t find it. Once they located it based on my description, they said it couldn’t be repaired, just need to buy a new one. First off, 5 weeks to say you didn’t want to do it? Second, a new one is $1300! And lastly, drive shafts of Tulsa fixed it in 4 hours for $120!!!!

They are great at what they do.

This shop is great. I have a few trucks in my fleet that I bring here. Ill admit, it is not the fastest turn around in the world but the work is always done right and for that it is worth the wait. They also have an excellent price as compared to the OEM.

Kief in service won’t warranty a transmission that had a year warranty on it. It was fixed in April and he’s had it wind mid February and is telling me the clutch was not used and it’s not in warranty. I haven’t drove the truck more than 5,000 miles since April and the clutch was used but I think these guys tell this to every warranty. I strongly urge to never to use!

Purchased 2 transmissions from them last year 2/18 and 4/18.first transmission just failed 2 months beyond the warranty, after months of us complaining to them about it running hot.second is currently making a ticking noise and im sure will fail before too long. .+ update they end ended up fixing 1 transmission at a discounted rate.They have stood behind their products and kept my business.

Dont waste your time with this place. It took 3 phone calls and being on hold for almost a combined time of 37 minutes to get someone intelligent enough to answer no they do not carry power inverters.
