Horrible experience through this freight service. I’ve been waiting on a shipment that day. I finally got a text from the driver with a photo that he dropped off at the intersection down from the destination. I immediately called him and told him I needed it dropped off at the place of business. He would not budge and said he was leaving. Called the dispatcher to let them know and express the frustration. Not much he could say to the driver, but said they would send another driver sometime that day to move it. Realizing their lack of customer service, I knew it was best if I just went and dragged it from the street myself. We ended up opening the pallet and breaking down the items into multiple runs to get it to the destination. Using this freight company was not by choice as it was selected by our suppliers. I would recommend opting out from using this freight for all my future supplier orders. Definitely not customer service driven, neither the driver nor the dispatcher.
These jokers are the most incompetent bunch I have EVER dealt with. If you have the misfortune of having anything delivered by them I offer you condolences.Your likely to never get your order at all and if you do you were so lucky that you should play the lottery! ZERO stars, please save yourself the trouble and run to anyone else who guaranteed to do a better job. These guys are on a level of their own and it’s subterranean!
Completely HORRIBLE!!!! Ive been waiting on my delivery for over 2 weeks. They have had and lost... tried sending me a Completely different order.... got the run around on every phone call.
I was having a trampoline delivered from Sams Club had it set up to be delivered on Tuesday, well Tuesday came no delivery. I got told they would not have a driver in my area until Yhursday. Well Yjursday came and still no delivery. I called them and was promised that a driver would deliver today between 4/8 well I still don’t have my product and no answer on the phones either.
Delivered twice, once at 8:30 pm 2 day late with damaged freight, the next day completely messed up my freight. Very unprofessional and prepared. I also believe the drivers were high, they had vape pens on them and couldnt understand one of them.
We had a very large experience delivery coming to a construction job. They told us it would be deliver from 1 to 5. Nothing buy 5. We called and asked to be added to the next day’s delivery. After we left the job sight. They left the large shipment in the driveway after 6pm. We had to pay our crew over time and drive back to the job site 45 mins away to secure the shipment. All due to them literally leaving it in the driveway!
Dispatch called the day prior to give me a delivery window, driver showed up in the first 30 min of that window. Package arrived a day early which was nice.
Really friendly people but my 2-day package took 7 days to arrive. After two hours of phone calls and text messages giving the driver directions to my house, I gave up and drove 15 minutes to a neighboring town to pick up my item.
My experience with M&M Express was fantastic! Matthew Ingley performed our delivery and I can’t speak highly enough about him! He called prior to arriving, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The entire process ran so smoothly, which I definitely appreciated since I’m 8 months pregnant. If Matthew performs your delivery, I promise you won’t be disappointed. He is top notch!
Didnt have a choice in using them, was a sub of another logistics shipment. Gave the main company times of 9am-4pm, Never got one call and then the night help lets me know a driver is there for the TV on a pallet at 5pm on a Friday night. Had to reschedule as the item was locked up and I was already home. Monday called, told the main company no one called me, never hear a thing back. Today at 12:45 driver shows up, unannounced yet again. I took it a step further and called and they show in their Logs someone called me. Its my personal cell phone, there was no call, no message, no nothing, ever. I highly do NOT recommend this company for anything. You can see from all the other reviews they dont bother to use the phone or their system is severely messed up.
Horrendous business. These people should be out of business. THEY scheduled an appointment to deliver a TV 5 days prior to agreed upon delivery date. On delivery day I left work early to prepare for them. These people didnt show up. Further, they didnt even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they decided not to show up. They didnt even call me the next day to apologize or explain. This business ruined an evening of my life and cost me money as I already left work early once. Now I have to leave again today and hope they decide to show up. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT CALLING TO INFORM THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SHOW UP. I waited and waited. BE WARNED, IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE. I dont understand how a company can stay in business with this attitude towards their customer. They already demand a 4 hour delivery window but dont make it or call to let you know THEY ARE BLOWING YOU OFF. DESPICABLE. There is no way to leave ZERO STARS in the review. These inconsiderate people dont deserve a single star.

Owner only hears what he wants to, trucks are filthy, a few last time I was there werent up to code! Both mirrors busted, load exhausts, etc..Now to warn the customers. You product is manhandled, thrown, and abused. When I was there working, they have no ratchet straps!! So none of the product is secure in the truck. 3-4 stops into your 16-18 hour day. Stuffs everywhere.Bright side, itll probably be belly up by 2020
Didnt call 30 minutes out as promised. Only 1/2 packages arrived. Shipper paid for 2 man delivery, only got 1 man. Driver was literally stoned and made my wife very uncomfortable. Truck looked like it was used to kidnap small children. They tried to deliver to our neighbors house, even though ours is clearly marked.

I would never use this company to deliver anything!! With no notice, they called on a Friday at 930 pm as I was leaving town asking if it was too late to deliver. I told the I needed a couple days notice before delivery. Then they called on Monday saying they would be here between 2-7 on Tuesday. My wife texted me at 830 saying no delivery made. They then told the manufacturer that I declined delivery. After corresponding with the manufacturer, I received a call from m&m on Thursday saying they would be here between 3-7 on Friday. I had people waiting. 830, still no delivery! I called but of course no one answered. Then, at 1000 pm I received a call from the driver, again as before stating that he was behind and asking if ok to bring by. So at 1030 tonight I have the new spa cover!! Never again!
What a joke. They were supposed to call to schedule my delivery, and never did. Instead they showed up in a storm and left my furniture on my front porch in the rain, without even knocking to let me know it was here. Luckily I randomly looked outside to check on the weather and saw the delivery and brought it in soaking wet and dried it off. Hopefully it wasnt ruined but this is a piss poor excuse for a company.
Driver was rude and made me to feel incompetent about making a decision as to whether I wanted our new swing set sitting out in the weather and rolled his eyes at me after telling him multiple times that the swing set would be fine. Instead of leaving the pieces in the box, the driver ripped open the box and threw our pieces haphazardly on a concrete slab. Would not recommend using this company and wish I would have had a choice!
The shipping experience was the worst I have ever seen. It arrived over 2 weeks later than what was originally said. M&M express made several promises of when I would receive my tv. Turns out they didn’t even have it the whole time, the company they work for, forward air, did and had lost it somehow.I was promised several arrival dates, all failed. Each day almost I had to call them and almost remind them to ship my tv to me. Once they confirmed that they actually did have the TV finally, (a week and half past the delivery date), the manager, Larry, promised I would receive it the next day. Of course, the end of the next day rolls around and I have no delivery. I call and all they say is, “Sorry, somehow it didn’t get on the truck”. Which forced another 4 day wait until I finally received it.Once I received the TV the entire bottom corner of the box was completely ripped open but thankfully the TV was undamaged.I will not buy from anyone who ships through M&M express ever again.
Driving on the highway from Dallas and one of their drivers tried running me off the road after passing him on the highway. Not sure how they are as a business, but if he’s a reflection of how they are, then it’s disgusting and a shame. The fact he could’ve injured or killed me just for passing him in merging traffic is beyond pitiful.He deserves to be fired. Vehicle #06
Horrible company. I requested 48 hour notice for a business delivery to schedule a time for drop off as we are not on site unless we need to be. I got 12 min notice and they were trying to deliver to a business with day time hours at 7:30PM. I called and was told I could have delivery at 1:30 the next day. I was there and for over an hour no one showed up and they could not get a hold of their driver. I had to leave and I was told that we would have to schedule another day. I told the manager that I needed to be compensated for my time if they wanted me to wait for them on another day when they failed twice and he said its not going to happen and hung up on me
Wayfair uses this company locally for delivery here in Tulsa. I received an email with a date and a four window when our table we purchased from wayfair would be delivered. 3-7pm. How the hell is someone going to miss a four window? I talked to someone at 5:30 pm and they said it was on a truck and would be here before 7. If wayfair uses this company, I will not purchase from wayfair again. Not to mention it took 3 week to deliver an item that was in stock. Ridiculous
I have been associated with this Company for four years and some of the reviews Ive read are mind boggling I know the owner his wife and several employees and the owner would not tolerate cursing or just dumping the delivery in the yard or any kind of related behavior if you let him know he will handle it but he has to be toldHe prides himself on his company and how it is managed the trucks arent filthy several are brand new and it is the responsibility of the driver to keep it clean inside if not then theres gonna be heads rolling they call and set up delivery times to make certain someone will be available and if the delivery needs to be put together they do that as well and put it where you ask them to and if youre not happy let him know

Most rude drivers in Tulsa. I had one honk at me, swerve into my lane and almost take the front of my car off with his lift gate. All because he cant drive, nearly missed his turn because he doesnt know how traffic works on the I44/Broken Arrow Expressway interchange. I had to slam on my brakes and nearly got rearended in the process.
Did not deliver as contract stated. Dumped item in front lawn, cursed, and left.
Failed to deliver multiple times and item was damaged.
The driver kept sayin the F word trying get the person unloading to hurry up.
