Two of the most pleasant people Ive ever met were working there today. They were kind, adaptable to my being hard of hearing and disabled, they showed me some beautiful typewriters because they could see how much I appreciated the machines. One was so beautiful that I got emotional, thiugh Im not sure if it ahowed. This was one of the best experiences Ive had in my life. They /deserve/ me as a repeat customer. They didnt have to earn a thing. Just extraordinarily pleasant people.
I have used Harvey and TEAM for many years and they do great work, are prompt and knowledgeable, not to mention they actually work on machines rather than just replace. I recommend them. MIKE FLYNN
We have a Epson Stylus PRO 4880 printer that is critical to our business for the production of film positives. A single day without it is like a restaurant without an oven. When replacing 1 of its 8 ink cartridges, we got an error message saying it was the wrong cartridge. Due to the unique tabs on each color, it is physically impossible to put a cartridge in the wrong slot. We ordered a second cartridge next day air. When we inserted it, we got the same error message. We ordered a third cartridge from a different vendor and had it shipped next day air. Like the other two, it too said it was the wrong cartridge. All of this was very frustrating because the printer recognized the empty cartridge we were trying to replace. We had now been without a printer for over two weeks and was forced to outsource our film positive production. There are no authorized Epson service facilities in Little Rock, Arkansas. The nearest one was Metro in Tulsa. We were at a point of either transporting our printer to Tulsa or buying a new one at a cost of over $2,000. I emailed Metro, describing our problem and received a prompt reply from Harvey. He suggested that before taking our printer to Tulsa, we try a cartridge direct from Epson. Epson no longer sells standard sized cartridges for our printer, but they do still sell the double sized cartridges (220ml). He believed that we had received cartridges that were meant to be sold in the EU. Even though they appear to be identical to a US cartridge, Epson printers in the US cannot read the chip on the EU cartridge. Following the link he provided, we purchase a double sized cartridge directly from Epson (next day air). When the cartridge arrived and we put it in, the printer recognized it immediately and we were back in business. None of our ink cartridge vendors were aware of the type of issue. they all just wanted to sell us another printer. Its only because of Harveys vast knowledge and decades of experience were we able to get our printer working again without having to get it repaired out of state or purchase a replacement.Thank you, Harvey. You have saved us thousands of dollars.
Contacted them about a printer problem I was having with my Epson printer, because they are the closest Epson authorized service center, however they are 2 hours away from where I live! They spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot my problem even though they knew that I would not be bringing the printer in for service, or purchasing a new one from them. Both employees I spoke with were very courteous and helpful.
These guy are great! They can fix anything
This is the only place left in Tulsa to get typewriter help. They’re great...they have been very helpful to me
AvoidReply to response from owner: I did not post my review to boost any count with Google, and have never received any compensation from Google. I know about your business because I have previously spent money with your firm for a service contract. Out of the eight reviews for your company on Google, five are one star. I assume that you classify any one star review for your company as stupid. That ought to tell people plenty. Your website says you have always offered service contracts on the equipment you sell - you say you havent done them in five years. The anger, tone, content and hysteria of your responses to negative reviews only reinforces why I would not do business with your company again.
Do not do business with these folks. They informed me that they would call me on Monday AM to setup a time to service my machine either Monday afternoon or Tuesday AM. They failed to call. I called them on Friday and spoke with a lady and she informed me that they would call me Monday am again and never did. I called them and brought to their attention that they had neglected me for over a week and they told me I was being argumentative and they hung up on me.
Great local owned business friendly everytime they pick up and deliver the have competitive pricing and they will work with your needs
I have been using this company for 5 years, to repair our OKI data printers. I have always talked to a Henry there who has been very helpful. Yesterday (12/28/16) I had to deal with two of the rudest, disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever meet. Now that this company has changed hands, I will never use them again!!! I hope no one has to deal with people like this.
Called for service and replacement toner, and the girl answering the phone was extremely rude. I asked for the service person or the owner to call me and she got an attitude. She ultimately hung up on me, blaming me for having a problem for her rude attitude. She also had the nerve to say my phone had a bad connection, and that this was the reason I had a problem with her poor customer service skills. Ill take my business elsewhere.
