I went to the mall to go to the Apple Store to see if I could get my phone camera fixed. I didnt know what was wrong with it, but I was wary that Apple would be able to do anything for it without replacing the whole phone. I walked by The Fix and decided on a whim to go in just to see what they would say. I had never been to it before. I walked up and explained the issue to the employee at the front desk. She immediately was able to diagnose the problem, gave me a solution and a price estimate, and told me to come back in thirty minutes and it would be done. I did, and the phone was completely fixed for a reasonable price. I was so impressed and grateful!

I needed my iPad screen fixed in two days or less because I had a trip planned. I called around and this was the only place that had a same day or next day timeframe. And it was one of the cheaper quotes as well. The folks were friendly and took care of it! Recommend.

My second visit did not go as well as my first. This visit I left my camera with them to fix but it took the a week and three emails to get the phone back. I will never understand why companies who repair phones would think calling your phone, which is their possession, considers this to be notifying a person the phone is fixed. This wouldnt be such a big deal but I live over an hour away. Otherwise they did a good job.

Took my iPhone to get back glass repaired, got it back later that day and it wouldn’t turn on. They said they needed to keep it till tomorrow, we’ll tomorrow turned into 3 days, turned into 7 days turned into 10 days. Every time I’d call they either reject my call or tell me to call tomorrow and then I could come get it. Finally had to threaten law enforcement to get my property back. Finally got it back and it would restart every 2 minutes, was covered in adhesive, the new back they put on was cracked and it looked like the back speaker was missing. Took it to phone hospital for diagnostics and they found that my camera speaker, one of my cameras and a few high value parts on the inside of my phone we’re missing.

The fix is great! Fixed my phone at the cheapest price and amazing customer service ! They will get your items fixed at the cheapest they can! Definitely recommend!

I took my iPhone XR in to get the cracked screen replaced. As soon as I got home I noticed my charging port wasn’t working. I took it back and told them they had messed up my port. They took another look at it and told me I needed a whole new port and a new battery. They had me just pay for the parts and not the service so I said fine. Now a month later after dealing with my phone glitching and not using my Face ID correctly, not letting me view my notification screen from lock screen, from not letting me Clear/dismiss notifications from my lock screen, and having my phone screen have a seizure, I have to go buy a new phone because it’s cheaper to buy a new one than to repair whatever they messed up on the inside of my phone. My phone ran perfect before they touched it. All I wanted was a new screen!! Now I’m forced to buy a new phone because my old one won’t work after its screen seizures. NEVER LET THEM FIX YOUR PHONE.

The employees and manager are awesome and very helpful at that, they were willing to work on helping me with prices which is especially helpful due to global circumstances and problems with money that it brought. I was able to get a case, screen protector and screen replacement at a very affordable price, and now I can go back and get a screen protector for only $10! Overall I had a great experience with the staff there I highly suggest this store for all of your cellphone needs!😁

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I brought my sons phone in to get the screen fix they fixed it but then they messed the microphone up and said they would fix it but I would have to pay $50 I was like okay I’ll pay it cause I really wanted my sons phone fixed it was his birthday gift, so they said it would take a day or two they never called and said it was ready so I called and they always had an excuse on why it wasn’t finished so days turned into weeks never got his phone back they ended up ordering a new phone got that but now I need my sons SIM card out his phone now it’s just gone and told me his phone never had one which is a lie to this day they still have not returned my phone call about the SIM card do not spend your money here.

Very clean shop, friendly service, affordable prices for repair. Apple wanted $250 to replace the battery in my 1st gen model, and it would have required them sending it off for repair. I went up the escalator to see what The Fix could do. They fixed it for a fraction of the cost and had it done within an hour.

Went to the fix to see if they could take a look at the phone to see what was wrong and they found apple crimped the touch cable. These guys got me in and out in 30 min great service! I brought my phone here for a front and back glass replacement because I had cracked mine. I paid $300 and got my phone back only for my camera piece to fall out a few hours later, so I took my case off to investigate and the back glass had a crack in it. Which was weird because I hadn’t dropped it or done anything damaging to it. I figured a mistake was just made so I brought it back in, and was told that he would fix it, but he acted like he was doing me a favor. Hours after I got it back, the exact same thing happened again. My camera piece broke off and there is a small crack in the back. So I’m not sure if the replacement parts they are using are actually compatible with iPhone. I will say the front price they replaced is working fine. But I’ll be taking my phone somewhere else to have it fixed this time. I’m done handing my phone over for 3+ hours each time to only have it be broken a few hours later. HUGE waste of money and time.

They did not answer 3 emails and 1 fb query, so I cant recommend them to anyone. Dont advertise what you cant sell, kids. It ticks us old folks off.

By far the best cell phone repair company I have ever been to! Money is usually the number one motive for most people, so if that is you’re number one selling point you have found the right place! Quality is another big one, if that you’re selling point you have definitely found the right place! A big deal for me personally is having a personal relationship, and I don’t think it gets much better than the owner himself knowing me by name, and greeting me by such every time I stop by.The cool thing is, not only do they fix phones but they can customize your phone as well, with cases for all kinds of use, whether you’re a construction worker needing extra protection, or you just want something small and sleek. On your case they can add your favorite picture of your family, friends, or your favorite designs, and as I stated earlier, they do it quick without jeopardizing quality.Don’t be tricked by all these other namebrand places, this is the only place you should consider! Terrible experience. I am without words. I scheduled an online appointment (says that it will take 55 minutes) does not give price, but states if booked online they will give you an automatic $10 off. I dropped off phone at SCHEDULED time and was told it would be 2 - 2.5 hours. That is more than the time stated online. After approximately 15 minutes I got a call asking if they could put a different screen on my phone that wouldnt match. I informed them no, so they had to order the screen. I told them to take their time and even the next day would be ok. I was not given a price up front, online or over the phone. When I went to pick up my phone they charged me $300 for a screen. FOR A SCREEN! Then acted like they were doing me a favor. They seemed surprised that there was no quote given online for the ridiculous cost they were charging. The only information on their website is that they will beat competitors prices. It was my mistake for not doing my homework and trusting they would give me a fair and decent price that was competitive. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the cost of a screen.

Broke the motherboard of my phone and had been saying they were going to fix it and i still don´t have my phone.

My Samsung would not turn on. I went to the AT&T store in Woodland Hills Mall and they could not figure it out. They sent me across the way to The Fix. They guy had my phone on in less than 3 minutes. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! I was so scared because my daughter had just graduated high school and I had not had a chance to back up the photos. He saved my priceless photos. Great place very helpful people!!! Will always go back for any phone or computer issues.

I have been going to the fix for some time now. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. On multiple occasions I have brought them my personal devices to repair. Even if they didnt have the part on hand they were kind enough to advise me on the price of the repair and how long it would take. I would recommend The fix to anyone looking for a affordable repair that would be available within the same hour of drop off.

There 15 min Diagnostic does not apply. I went in with my computer.was told the next day around 9am. I called around 230pm still was not looked at. About half hour later they called and asked for my code to get in. They called back and said that my code was wrong. So they had no idea what was wrong with it. Then they began down loading programs with out my permission. When asked why. They said they thought I said fix it. How do you download programs without opening the computer to see if that was the problem. I would not recommend them at all.

I stopped by with my daughter and asked how much to fix her screen: $19.99 was the price. They said it would take about an hour and theyd call my phone. We went shopping, got the call in about 45 minutes. The price went suddenly from 19.99 to 119.99, plus tax. Thats what youd call a bait and switch, right? And at this point, the phone is fixed and I have no options. Theres a warranty on the workmanship, and its continued working fine. Id just prefer ALL the pricing up front. Felt devious.

A buddy suggested I check this place out and I’m really glad I took his advice! Awesome selection and even better personnel! The staff is highly attentive to what you want but what impressed me was they asked questions about my lifestyle to figure out what I needed, and suggested something I wouldn’t of considered without their advice! I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for any of my phone needs super easy experience and the best part is it fit my budget better than expected! Too bad there’s not 10 stars!

My iPhone 7+ had taken water damage that Apple was unable to fix. My phone wasnt able to be turned on and my photos and contacts were seemingly lost forever. I stopped by The Fix after the Apple Store turned me away as a last ditch effort. The staff was very helpful and amazingly were able to salvage my phone after testing and locating the issue! I now have my phone back and more importantly, my photos and contacts! I cannot rate The Fix high enough! Im VERY grateful!

My phone had not been holding a charge for well over 2 weeks. I called the Woodland Hills store after my phone went completely dead. I was told there would be no charge for a diagnosis and given an estimate for a battery replacement or charging port replacement. It turned out to be the battery and I was charged less than the estimate I was given over the phone. I watched repairs being made on other phones while I waited my turned. Very honest, knowledgeable and courteous employees. I would highly recommend this store if you have a broken phone and want to avoid the purchase of new phone.

Wifes phone had a issue with low volume in the ear speaker....the owner diagnosed the issue quickly...replaced the ear speaker screen and in 5 minutes we walked out with the phone completely fixed...I was completely impressed with his fairness, speed and expertise....I will not hesitate to go to him in the future.

Brought my phone in to see what was wrong with it and Robin was quick to help me out. He was very fast with his diagnosis which was water damage or should I say slobber damage from a teething 17 month old. It was fixable but he was very honest with my financial options saying that it was probably best to just get a new phone. It sounds silly but thats what I enjoyed most about the experience in his customer Service, there was no I could fix this for this much and if it doesnt work well try this and itll cost this much, it was what was best for me and my wallet. Thank you Fix It repair and Robin for your wonderful customer service and honesty. Its nice to know there are businesses out there thats out for more then just a dollar but good quality and honest customer service. Thats what keeps people coming back. DO NOT take your phone or tablet to get repaired here. I repeat, DO NOT take your device to this place!!! I took my tablet to have the shattered screen repaired. It looked fixed when I picked up, but the very next day the cracks started to show up again!! Just with regular tapping of the screen! I took it back, and showed them. They said there was nothing they could do about it because it was physical damage. Excuse me? I paid $100 bucks for them to fix the screen and you dont guarantee your service? If you want to flush down the toilet $100 bucks, then this is the place!

I went in tonight to get my charging port fixed for my iPhone 6s.Worst. Mistake. Ever.They fixed my charging port, but now my phone not only loses battery twice as fast, but the carrier settings are messed up. My phone has no service and theres a glitch in the carrier settings. I cannot call/receive calls.Ive tried everything to fix it and I am very dissatisfied that I paid $60 for them to break my phone even more. And now I need to go to Apple to see if they can help.Seriously,DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.Sincerely,One dissatisfied customer.UPDATE:I am having to order a new phone because they completely messed my phone up, and they refused me in person twice when I asked for a refund.Please, DO NOT take your phone here.

Everyone doesnt have time to go to your store to get a quote, in the same breath everyone is also not always trying to haggle you. Im not sure where to start, but the first thing Ill say is if you see a sign that says The Fix you should turn away and run to Apple ok. This place is a scam and they use cheap parts. if you get your phone messed with here, Apple wont do anything with it. They damaged my home button during repair and they tell me they dont fix home buttons that Ill have to go to Apple lol. But to do so Ill need my original damaged screen back on for Apple to work on it. Whats the common denominator here you ask? Dont call your store The Fix if you cant fix something that you supposedly specialize in. If you all are in business by the end of 2018 then i applaud you all for being the best con-artists out there. Now wait everyone for their response to my post and lets see If they have the ability to do whats right. Will they offer to refund my boss the total of the screen plus the expense for the home button they broke? Or how about all the gas money from us driving here all 5 times thinking wed have a finished product just to get the run-around that they didnt have time to fix it?

The Fix is super helpful. Ive been there twice and they are always kind and caring. They dont lie to you or just tell you what you want to hear. And most of all, theyre quick. Im glad I know about this place.

Do not go here. I wanted them to fix my screen and the guy wanted me to give him my phone unlock passcode. He said he was going to “internal checks!” I told him I did not want anything internal fixed, everything worked fine. But he kept on wanting the code so I left. That was not going to happen. I really don’t see why they would need it to just replace a screen. If you ask me this was kinda creepy.

Helpful, Great attitudes, very organized and amazing people.

Though the price was decent and the repair was quick, the phone we had repaired was not done properly and the screen keeps getting phantom touches, rendering it almost totally unusable. We were in town for just the day (we live about 2-3 hours away) and the problems went unnoticed until about 15 minutes after we got home. I would GLADLY bring it back for a repair, but the drive to get it done would be insane. Youd be better off trying to fix it yourself, so dont bother bringing it here.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Fix and I thought they did an a ig job at fixing my phone. The total hardware was gone and they were able to restore my phone! :)

Screen replacement was horrible.... the color on my iPhone screen was not the same, the touch screen wouldn’t work properly, and on top of that, the white part of the screen was actually starting to come off on the inside so it looked like “scratched paint.” Due to that defect, the screen cracked again with a very protective case and a screen protector on after a very short drop. It was basically a stress crack from the corner where the color was coming off from the inside. When I went in to show them, they refused to fix it cause the crack meant it was “out of warranty” and when I explained to him that the cracking was caused by a defect in the screen, they offered to replace it at a discount. No thanks! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and get your screen replaced at the Apple store. I wasted $120....

Had the audio ic issue with my Iphone 7 Plus. Went to Apple first and they ran their diagnostic which verified it was an audio ic issue, but they dont fix this issue on site and have to ship to CA. Unfortunately, they wouldnt ship my phone to CA because I had replaced the battery with one I purchased on amazon (too bad their original battery failed after a year). It is Apple policy not to ship a phone with an aftermarket battery because theyre worried it will explode like hand grenade during shipping. After leaving Apple I went to The Fix and they fixed my phone in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Couldnt have been a better experience with The Fix. Next time Ill go there first.

Nice people... however, I took my phone in to get a screen repair on my IPhone 6s and ever since then my phone has had major problems, battery life only lasts me 1 hr with out charging it, phantom touches that make my phone unusable at times, it overheats so a lot of times I can’t use the phone and not to mention the screen is super sensitive so if I put it in my pocket it attempts to unlock my phone thus making it disabled for about an hour.... and I paid 119$ for all of this.
