Our company used this company for many years. I called to talk about services and ended up terminating services, due to the rudeness of Jeff, the owner. He then requested it in writing, which I provided. He then sent a nasty email to our office. He said the contract we signed in 2017, which stated it was valid for 12 months at that time, stated we had to provide a future payment for 30 more days of service. When calling to tell him we had mailed that payment, just to be done with this company, he proceeded to SCREAM at me over the phone. I asked him to not yell at me because I was not yelling. He continued to yell and degrade me. As a woman, I have never been talked to with such disrespect. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS or any other business this man owns. NO WAY to treat customers.
