I was able to get assistance quickly and our server issue was resolved within an hour!
We have had numerous of issue some our fault but most not. Its getting frustrating.Problem 1: The IT team was suppose to set our computers up you would think this would mean that they will set the computers up and make the wires look nice, that didnt happen we had a Ethernet cord strung from 1 side of the room to the other wires all over the place. I left for lunch and locked up came back to find the tech people had left and unlocked the door leaving my clients information at risk for exposure. They never came back ever. My Tax Software company rep had to help set the rest of the system up. We had no way to login. They never gave us logins to access our computer it took 5 days to be able to use the computer.Resolution to problem 1: An apology and a $200 credit off our bill. (That is a slap in the face since we paid over 4k to have the system set up.)Problem 2:Over billing. If you work with this company you have to monitor every hourly bill you get from the company. Every time. Be sure you document when the rep answers the phone how long they are on the phone because they will lie and falsify time in order to make more money.It happened the first time I was on the phone for 6 min with the rep to reset a login. He billed me for a half hour! I emailed and asked what there billing policy was they bill in 15 min increments. I then mentioned i was over billed the billing person tried to justify it! I said I am not allowing this.The next time we got a invoice for $500 for emails they were billing us for emails that they were sending to see if we are doing OK and if we had any more issues. The same email the tech sent 6 times.The values of this company are really showing. It goes on and on and on I could list complaint after complaint after complaint.
