Yesterday I went to Mobile Masters in desperate need after the personal computer I use in the classroom lost all sound capabilities. As a COVID-era teacher, having a functioning microphone and speakers is essential. Unfortunately, due to an unfortunate accident with external hardware, it was discovered that a power surge had damaged my computer. In record time, the wonderful people at Mobile Macsters diagnosed the problem, helped me locate a new computer, transferred the data, and even helped me learn about my new computer. I highly recommend Mobile Macsters! They are kind, patient, competent people.

We were quoted $500 plus their diagnostic fee by Mobile MacMasters to replace a Mac battery. We called Apple and they quoted $200. They are sending a box for shipment.

Virtually no Customer Service - I am a business owner of multiple businesses in Tulsa. This level of service would hurt us for sure. I dropped off my device for replacement - They told me it should take a few days. I call back a week later after receiving no status update and they hadnt even looked at my request. I asked for an ETA. The representative tells me that he cant give me one. I called Apple direct and they resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. I will never go back here and would never refer this business.

I gave 2 stars only because I had a great experience with them previously on my wife’s computer, but would give 0 - 1 if this was my first experience with them. I say stay away! They do not do what they say they will do, and are very dismissive and don’t really care about making things right. I dropped off my computer for a battery replacement and told I would have an update on parts availability that afternoon so I would know if it would possibly be ready the next day or if I was going to be up against the 4-5 day (or more) window so I could take my computer back and still work while waiting on parts. After no updates that day, I reached out asking for status (and logged on to see it showed on my account) with no response, and then late in the day the next day I finally called. The person that answered was dismissive, unhelpful, uncaring and then argumentative after he told me it “was back there on the shelf and hadn’t even been looked at” and then I explained what I had been told by the person who checked my computer in originally and was asking for clarification on what to expect. Said it was going to be “I don’t know, probably sometime next week before we even look at it”. When I asked to discuss with the person who took it in, they wouldn’t let me. So, I went and picked up my computer (the person who originally took it in gave it back, and couldn’t care less that they had just lost a customer - no apology) and just dropped it off elsewhere. Should have it back tonight for 1/2 the cost as well. I’ll never be back.

Horrible customer service. They dont care about keeping customers. If you call and ask when they can look at your computer they automatically say two weeks everytime. I called Experimax in Tulsa right after and they said theyd fix it in an hour

My phone had an issue I found was a recall issue. This establishment is listed on the Apple web site as an authorized dealer. I took the phone in 10/21, understanding it would need to be sent in for the repair. Thursday 10/24 I call and it had not been analyzed yet. Called back 10/28 and was told it was sent to Apple on 10/24. Then, the tech assigned to my issue, Deshawn was placed on the line. Yeah was how he greeted me. Then tells me it shows a charge. I thought it was a charge as in my phone charged, which was not the issue. Admittedly, I was very annoyed at this point. Without his help I googled and found that the recall expired at two years and my phone exceeded this by 3 months (no thanks to this rude tech). He also stated, very tersely, I sent two messages; as it happened, those messages were sent to the phone I am not in possession of (the one they are repairing). I asked that the repair not be done, its not worth it at this point and to be called when it was back with no repair. I asked to be called at a number provided; no call, no anything. I call today and it has apparently been setting on the shelf. Maybe its beneath him, too small of a job. I am giving a 2/5 because at least the other associates showed a modicum of customer service.

Thank the lord their is a way to get your phone fixed with out going to the Apple Store! They took care of my phone cracked it in the back and the front! They sent it off, had a loaner ready to go! Totally worth it! you dont have to go to the mall, you dont have to deal with rude people at the mac store and they fix your phone with a smile! Such an incredible deal

Absolutely wonderful experience here. My Mac needed a new logic board, and the Apple store couldn’t get me in for a few days. Mobile Macsters had my new equipment installed two days before Apple would have even had the chance to look at it.My Mac is running the best it has in years. I am so grateful.

This is the only place to go for Apple service! Apple store was a week out to fix my phone. Called and spoke with Jeff about my issue. Phone actually had to be replaced by Apple. Had new phone back in 5 days. Jeff & Paula were friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed in communication throughout the entire process! Two thumbs up!!👍👍

I went to get my iphone fixed and they don’t know what they are doing. So they have to send it to the Apple store and that takes 5 days at tops. Then I left with them telling me they would send it, 5 days later I call and they say they didn’t get notified to send it and a little annoyed knowing it’s going to be another 5 days before o get my phone back so I say to send it AGAIN. Then after ANOTHER 5 DAYS I call to ask if it’s in and they still haven’t sent it!!!! So frustrating and all I get is a lame “sorry it’s been a bit hectic”Another thing is I wish I had read the reviews before I went here because it seems like other people have had similar experiences.

The best place in Tulsa to get you Mac tended too. They made my old clunker hum while I waited. Doubled the RAM and put in a new battery and just happened to see the fan was stopped up with link/gunk! (Its old) Mobile Macsters is Apple all the way...knowledgeable, experienced. Love em

HIGHLY recommend Mobile Macsters! I had an issue with my MacBook Pro and had called the Apple Store to make an appointment, and it was going to be SIX days before they would be able to get me in... Luckily they recommended Mobile Macsters because theyre an authorized Apple service provider and after calling, Deshawn told me that I could come and drop off my laptop right away. It seems like even decent customer service is unfortunately very hard to come by these days, and Deshawn was absolutely outstanding. Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. No one ever wants to have to deal with having a device fixed, but he managed to turn the entire situation into a pleasant and refreshing one. If I ever have any issues with any of my Apple devices again, I will most definitely be taking them directly into Mobile Macsters!

Best Mac support and repair shop in Tulsa. Ive been in for major repairs twice and theyve delivered my computer back a day early both times, and last time it was under the estimate. The customer service is excellent and they are very up front about costs with you.

I came here specifically instead of dealing with the Apple Store. Not that the Apple store is bad, they know their stuff. I just did not want to deal with the wait time, crowds, or go to the mall period. This is why I chose a place outside of the Apple store for the first time.They were not able to immediately replace my phone (which is understandable since they are not the Apple Store). It did take a few days for the replacement to arrive. My issue was once I went back to trade in my phone for the new one, they were not able to activate it. (I have a Sprint contract cell service). My level of patience decreased when they said I needed to go to Sprint. I know what Sprint stores are like. I go to the Sprint store, they said they couldnt activate it and I needed to go back to them or go to the Apple Store (it was almost 3 hours of dealing with them). By this point, I was SO furious. I told each one How do you know theyre not going to say the same thing and send me back to you guys??Long story short, the Apple rep shook his head and said At any point, did either Mobile Macsters or the Sprint store do THIS? (I honestly dont remember what he said needed to be done, I was so angry. It was a simple action.)The total time it took for a simple trade-in with the Apple Care protection plan (no cracked screen, no software issue, just people on the other end would say it sounded like my phone was going through a wind tunnel when theyd talk to me. This is why the replacement was ordered)- was FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. The rep at Mobile Macsters had also made a comment about the screen protector not being placed correctly by the Apple store, and them doing a poor job because it was not even at all. When I left after he sent me to Sprint, the replaced screen protector was even more crooked than when I took it in.I told the Apple Store rep I learned my lesson. Im coming straight to you guys next time.

If you are considering taking your iPhone in for a repair, read this. On Apples website, if your phone must go in for a repair you will get it back in at most 5 days. I opted to go in to mobile masters because my 3 week old iPhone was not turning on and they could get me in a few days before the genius bar could. After 6 days with mobile masters (4 business days) they still had not attended to my phone to even diagnose it (it would not have taken 15 minutes to determine the phone had an internal fault and needed to be shipped in). Ive picked up my phone and now Im going to Apple where my warranty can let them replace it in store for me. This place is probably only good for old MacBooks where they keep old parts, Apple doesnt keep old parts. I would never recommend anyone take a phone, especially one under warranty to these guys as your time (a whole week) could be wasted just like mine.

Incredible!!! My old MacBook is as dear to me as is my iPhone or one of my kidneys, I would not part with either. The battery of the MacBook was not keeping its charge very long anymore. I travel a lot for work and during an overnight stay in Wichita, KS, I had it changed for a new one at a CPR outfit - terrible mistake. Trusting positive reviews, I humbly came to MOBILE MACSTERS in Tulsa, OK. There were a lot of customers, probably for the following reasons. Everyone was very friendly with me from the first phone call, technicians come from their stations and take the time to reviews their findings. As soon as the parts arrived I was given an appointment to match my schedule. As my battery was changed and other repairs were being done, I received 6 messages from the technician telling me every step of his work - Incredible. At the end of the day I went to pick up my computer. My IOS and another program had their updater not working, so I thought I had the latest software version installed. Not so. The technician replaced the two faulty updater and made current every application and my IOS. I was extremely happy with the quality of the service and the expertise of the technicians.

Our 2013 27 iMacs internal 3tb hard drive was starting to go bad. I REALLY did not want to drag this thing to the mall to take it to the Apple store. I found Mobile Macsters in a simple Google Search. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. And I didnt feel like they were trying to just rush me through to get to the next customer. All in all, the computer was diagnosed, repaired with a new high end 4tb internal fusion drive and had the computer back in 2 days. We didnt miss a beat with work and could not have been happier with the outcome and the pricing for their work.

I setup an appointment to have my iphone battery replaced 5 days in advance. A couple of hours before the appointment, I received a poorly spelled email from Mobile Macsters stating that they do not have any batteries. Not the level of service I expect from an Apple Authorized service center. They should have let me know when I booked the appointment, not waited until day of. Now Im stuck going on a trip with a broken iphone battery due to Mobile Macsters lack of customer service.

My 4 year old MacBook Pro needed a complete overhaul, adding memory, new SSD drive, trackpad and deep cleaning. My son a Mac tech himself advised me remotely of what it could used. I put it in the capable hands of Stevenson Norris. He advised me of each step he was taking, my choices and what cost that would. It took a couple of days as he had to wait for a part from Apple. The price was fair for what had to be done.It was our first time in but considering we have other Apple products when we need work we have them in our contact list.

I recently needed a repair done for my 13 MacBook Pro. The battery needed replacement. The repair didnt take long at all. There was some confusion on my invoice, but the nice front desk lady resolved it for me and I left happy and felt that I made a good choice going with MacMasters.

First time trying this place out since it was a authorized Apple provider. All I can say is very disappointed in the service I received. Had a 10:20am appointment to fix the display on my Apple phone and the individual (for a lack of better words) told me that the guy left for an emergency and didnt know when he would be back and to take it to the Apple Store. He didnt even call to let me know that of the situation just very unprofessional and made excuses as to why he couldnt call me to inform me. But seemed to find time to text on his phone and browse the internet before I walked in. Word of advice: Just take it to the Apple Store 😐 Was just trying to give the place a chance but nope never again

Do NOT buy a refurbished phone from them. Purchased one from them, it lasted a few months (just long enough to be out of warranty) and then the vibrate motor quit. Options: deal with it, take to apple store, or buy another $300 refurbished phone from them.Bad experience.
