Dont know what the disconnect is, but their timeliness to respond to any issue is the same as their initials - PU!Have had three different issues, the first was blown off for about 10 days, the second was never responded to (we found and fixed the issue ourselves) and now a simple RMA on a phone is over two hours waiting on their call back.
