Dake Designs was instrumental in helping me design my kitchen and bathroom. They were thoughtful and innovative, while taking into account my preferences and needs. I appreciate the time and effort they put into coming up with things that were not cookie cutter/ easy to crank out solutions. Regina was responsive and accessible.

Dake Designs gave us bids for two properties. Designed one full kitchen layout. She showed prompt and professionalism both times we met with her. We were excited to see what the design would be and it exceeded our expectations. Regina Dake is very talented and knowledgeable about design and remolding industry. I highly recommend this company.

Dake Designs has been great to work with on my remodel. The design choices provided have been eye opening and I appreciate the relationship between customer and designer. She has listened to my input and made it come to fruition.

My husband and I hired Regina in October of 2019 for our kitchen remodel. We were impressed with her professionalism and how personable she was. How wrong we were. Just like another reviewer I paid for cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertops and tile that were never received. After some sleuthing, it was clear every single excuse given was actually a lie. Supplies were ordered but held for payment by the manufacturer. I had paid Regina to order these supplies, so where did my money go?The contractor started work the first week of 2020 based on the calendar and timeline set by Regina. She lied to the contractor too. Telling him flooring was on the way. He demolished by kitchen, rehung drywall, painted and re-wired thinking supplies were on the way. I was left with no working kitchen for months.I was forced to recreate the orders, hunting down the flooring, cabinets, appliances, countertops and backsplash; I acted as my own project manager, a service I paid her for. I ended up paying for the cabinets a second time since I paid Regina in CASH for those. Additionally, I found out each vendor of the cabinets doesnt have access to the same designs in the catalog, therefore the cabinet layout had to be reconfigured to reflect which cabinets I could actually order. Due to the pandemic a project that should have taken 10-12 week tops, took far longer due to delays in manufacturing.Once it was clear, there was serious problem with our project, all emails bounced back. Promises were made to return the money we had paid her. Im still waiting on that.

I want to thank Regina for the great remodel to my kitchen!! Her kindness and expertise took a lot of anxiety out of my first remodeling experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks again Regina!

Do not do business with this company or person. I have only written two negative reviews in my 37 years in business. Although I have had multiple dealings with the owner both with this company and her past employer, that made me think of her as a good person and businesswoman. I have recently been a victim of fraud, along with my employer for $2,900. She failed to deliver a large order and continually avoided contact with me, from her website, email and personal number and offered excuses to string me along for months, to believe I would receive my order or a refund. After involving the manufacturer of the products in question. I received an email from her stating she could not deliver the products or the refund with no explanation of why. Since I gave her the benefit of doubt so long, I may not be able to protest the charge with my credit card company as she recommended. I hate to speak ill of anyone or company without knowing the reasons behind it. But everyone deserves to be protected from a chance of fraud, so I felt obligated to post this to protect others.

Project was supposed to end in December 2019. She took tens of thousands of dollars from me and has not supplied the cabinets or countertops that I had paid for in advance. Completely unresponsive, never answers the phone, never is at the eurocraft shop on 15th street. Her email doesn’t even work anymore. I have since filed a police report. Do not trust this person and do not give Regina Dake your money.
