People here never greet you and will have you waiting for hours if you’re a walk in. Last time I was here I made an appointment and they didn’t get me on the chair after 2 hours from waiting. I just feel unwelcome and out of place very unprofessional.

Saw this place while driving by and decided to take my son in for a hair cut. Although the guy was friendly, I’m pretty sure he’s new to cutting hair because not only did it take an HOUR for him to cut my son’s hair, it looks terrible! He ran the clippers across the back of his head so many times that he’s bald and has scratches all over. It was dead silent as we walked out after paying $25 and I’m pretty sure it’s because everyone there was thinking “dang, that guy just jacked up that kid’s hair.” Thanks Groom Room
