Twice Ive gone into this location and gotten something different than initially discussed. Im embarrassed to be seen. She mentioned that I had 1 inch off per the notes, and asked how I like to style it (to the side). Then asked if it would be okay to use the clippers. She gave me a Marine haircut. Im at the point of tears at how much I hate how I look.

Nicest women working there. If youre a man of few words they wont force you into a conversation, if you have the gift of gab theyll talk your ear off back😂 they actually do specialize in mens hair I could tell. 2 different awkward cowlicks worked around when not even being addressed. Overall it does deserve the 5 stars

Twice now they have not cut my sons hair the way he expected. He’s upset and now we have to live with it. They offered to “try and fix it” but why allow them a third time. Just awful.

I went here and got a haircut and beard trim and neck massage, Sophia was my hair stylist she was very professional and did my hair cut and beard trim amazing ! Best place to get a good clean cheap haircut and the massage chair is great for relaxing . Would recommend sportclips in Tulsa hills any day . Also Sophia was A+ at what she does! Thanks sportclips

I have never had a bad stylist. Always very friendly and welcoming. Kelsey is my favorite and gives the best head massage. Im in the military and always get a high fade which can be hard to do, but every stylist there knocks it out of the park.

Until Covid it was great. My schedule is chaotic. So I cant schedule on line, I dont know if I can make it and I cant just stop by anymore. There is no one for walk ins. Im pretty sure the way the world is I will have to make a compromise. So ill find a new place.

Best place for kid cuts. Just walk in, punch in your phone number at the kiosk, and wait to be called. Wait times are shown on a TV and theyre pretty accurate

My son spent his own hard-earned money this morning and CHOSE Sports Clips (25 minutes from our hometown, I may add...) for his haircut. He showed the stylist a picture of the haircut that he wanted, and was very matter-of-fact on how he wanted his hair cut. The stylist simply put clipper guards on, and ran them over his hair.He paid the $18, walked out, and immediately put a hat on when he got into the car.I asked him why, and he said, “I should have known better. They did this last time, too. I thought theyd get it right, or at least ATTEMPT to do what I asked.”I’m so disappointed for him, and VERY frustrated with Sports Clips.

I have always had good haircuts here and a new lady decided instead of listening to my notes and cutting off 1 inch on the top she cut off 1 inch all over. If there was lower than one star I would give her that. Unfortunately I did not catch her name.

We have been here multiple times for hair cuts and it is usually pretty good aside from long wait times (30-45 minutes) but my husband recently went for a hair cut for a trip and missed his name being called because he had to answer a work call. The person at the register immediately removed his name off the list and told him it would be another 30 minutes before they could get to him. That is completely unacceptable. We will NOT be coming back.

Tried them twice and twice they messed up the haircut. I got a simple hard part both times and they left a huge part right under the parting line way longer then the rest of my sides. I told them to make it shorter twice. After they didn’t seem figure out how to make my hair the same length I paid them the 18 dollars and left. Will be only sticking to my home town barber from now on he gets it right every time and only cost me 10 dollars. Won’t make this mistake again

To start the entire staff is always super nice but that cant change the fact that they are bad at cutting hair. Not sure what happen in this last year but they are just bad now. This is the third time in 1year they have jacked my hair up. Keep in mind I only get a hair cut about every 2-3 months. Thats 4-6 cuts a year. Never going back and you shouldnt either

Was told to check in and had a 55 min wait. Ran to the store to get something quick and when I came back my name was not on the board. I asked Brenda why my name was erased and all she had to say is that I would have to recheck in. Meaning I had to wait another 45 min. I never got a text or call saying i was next in line. Another reason why I dont ever come to sportclips.

My favorite place to get a haircut. They are fast, friendly, and consistent. I take my 4 year old too and they do a great job with him. You can schedule and see which stylist are working by going online.

So far this has been a great place for guys to get a haircut. ESPN on all the time. Staff is friendly. And the services offered are really good. I only knock a star off because it is pricey. I would love to get the Triple Play everytime I go but the price I would pay is the price of a normal haircut. I think the Triple Play is $25 and the normal price $18.I love the fact that I see the same girls working there and not be surprised everytime I walk in. They also keep track of how I like my hair cut so I dont have to explain it over and over. I recommend this Sports Clips to anyone needing a trim. They always say hello when you walk in.

Latrice is the best at this location, she has a long wait but does a great job, and has a great personality.... Last time I went there was almost a 2 hour wait for her (so check in online) and no wait for first available... Easy parking... And good hours... Also even though its a mens haircut place... Women are starting to come in more for a good quality cheeper cut... High end salons watch out!

We are here from Wyoming for business. We checked in at 3:04 p.m. and was told it would be a 54 minute wait. The lady at the counter assured me that it would be 45 minutes to an hour so we went across the parking lot to Bed Bath & Beyond. We came back at 4 p.m. The lady was helping another customer and looked at us and said, Whats your name?. I gave her husbands name and she said he needed to check in. I explained we already had and spoke to the lady with red, braided pig tails. The red headed lady came up and said we did check in and she talked to us. I was not upset at this point because things happen. However, when I went back with my husband to explain what I wanted his hair to be cut like the young lady decided to cut me off and say, I know what Im doing. I have been in customer service since I was 14 and even if you know what you are doing you listen to the customer and repeat back what they want. Simple as that. I also tip very well when getting a haircut because I know what its like to work for tips. Our bill was about $25 and I usually leave a $20 tip. Not this time. Extremely dissatisfied with this location and the customer service that was pervided to us.

Sat there 15 minutes. before chair opened up then waited on 3 stylist for 10 minutes to come to front from the back. I was the only one in there. Terrible service so walked out and never going back. been going there for years

Every time Ive gone theyve either missed trimming a chunk of hair or they do something different than what I ask for, or both. It seems like theyre trying to rush you out the minute you sit down. There are better locally owned mens shops in town, dont go here.

Completely messed my hair up. I asked the stylist to cut my sides with shears over a comb and she did not even finish the cut. There are tufts of hair sticking out of the side of my head, my part is crooked on BOTH sides. I came in once to try and get it fixed and the receptionist told me in a very condescending tone I ‘would have to get in line to wait for two hours and pay for it anyways’. Called a few days after and was told I couldn’t get my hair fixed if it has been over a week since I came in. I got my hair cut on the 4th and came in on the 10th. Was originally impressed with the atmosphere and kindness of the staff, but the quality of work is a definite 0. Never coming back here again. Would NOT recommend this place to anybody looking a decent haircut, especially from Linsday, who is supposed to be the MANAGER.

Dont expect to be treated on a first-come; first serve basis. I just got bumped because some young teens mom wanted a cut by a particular stylist.Then the manager had the audacity to try explaining by saying that he was a special request. I happen to be sitting there at the time of the request. Poor customer treatment and poor management.
