Absolutely Horrible - I called them almost 4 weeks ago and they said they would get to my boat within 2 weeks. 2 weeks past and I never heard anything. I called them and they said itll either be this week or next week (so maybe another week). Getting towards the end of the following week and I, yet again, still havent heard anything so I give them a call. The lady Ive dealt with is massively unorganized and has zero professionalism (Jody/Judy). I asked to speak to an owner to get some kind of commitment as they hadnt followed through with what they had told me yet. Jody happened to answer the phone and began yelling at me and talking over me. Not once did she commit to getting the job done just simply well get to it. Well, its been almost a month since she first told me that and they still havent so Ill take my chances somewhere else. Its a shame as its a local business around my area that I wouldve liked to have supported.
I hired Moss to create six exam tables for a local pediatric physicians office. The service was outstanding the product was no different. Will go back for my next upholstery project.
I dropped off a motorcycle trunk to be reupholstered in early January and didnt get it back until March. When I originally dropped it off I was told it would be $195 and 2 weeks. I also asked about putting studs in and was told theyd look into it.I didnt hear back from them until 3 weeks later, and they said they needed to re-cover the entire top of the trunk instead of a single piece and it would be an additional $100. Fine.Another 3 weeks later I hear back and they have the leather made and want me to come look at it before they glue it down. I once again inquire about studs. One lady says they can absolutely do studs, no problem, 1 guy says no, it wont look right, the lady reassures me it will be fine, so I do studs for another $55 plus the cost of the studs.I call a week later and they say they were sent the wrong studs. A week after that, 8 weeks after I dropped it off, I finally got my trunk back. Ultimately I am satisfied with the end product, the studs dont look as good as Id hoped, but only if you look really close, and they said I have a 2-year warranty if any come off.The thing that is really getting them the bad review, 2 stars instead of 3, is that when I brought up the fact that they were taking so long, the lady argued with me and blamed it on being sent the wrong studs. They didnt even order the studs until theyd had it for 6 weeks, I was originally promised 2 weeks, but she got really defensive and blamed someone else instead of just apologizing.I ended up paying exactly what they quoted, wasnt even offered a discount for the extra 6 weeks they took, but if youre willing to wait forever, the end product is good.UPDATE: Had to take my trunk back because they duct taped the leather on and it was leaving a sticky residue all over my leather trunk and making the trunk difficult to open. I dropped the trunk off in April and only just picked it up in August! I received no communication whatsoever from Moss Seat Covers for 10 weeks. When I showed up to check on it, it still wasnt finished.Id be less upset if theyd told me it was going to take a while, but I didnt even get a phone call. The end product is good and Im happy with it after Moss had it for over 4 months and it took them twice to get it right, but the customer service is horrible and the wait times are bad.

I have been using Moss since 2003 for both home interior and automotive upholstery. I found them efficient, fair and quite knowledgeable. Like the rest of us, they have bad days, they will always make it right and really do care about their craftsmanship. If you are needing anything from a headliner to a complete interior, convertible top, weather stripping or home furnishings needing a face lift, they can do a fine job for you. I have not been disappointed and have recommended them to friends and family.
Just had Moss Seat Covers, skirt our fifth wheel camper. They did an awesome job. Very through, and they came to us at the RV park. I highly recommend them if you need your fifth wheel skirted. Very friendly people. Love the way it looks.Thank you Moss Seat Covers.

Had boat re carpeted, they punched hole in hull, IDK. had to have it fixed thru another company and repainted half the boat. told me my boat is more valueable now ha ha. Still Expected me to pay full price. STILL WAITING ON MY DECALS FOR SIDE OF BOAT!!!!!!

I had Moss do the interior of my car and they did nothing that they said they would do, I ask them the dynamat the car and I even gave them the dynamat for the car and theres not a bit of dynamat in the car anywhere they ordered me special floor mats for the car and ordered the wrong one and then when I try to get them to exchange them they kept ducking me on it. They charged me $4,200 and really didnt do anything to my car I will never recommend Moss to anybody and if anybody does go to Moss for work, you should get it in writing before you let them do anyting.
