Took my car to get repaired here after I had been in a wreck. The people at Jim Norton collision center took care of everything for me, and kept me up to date the entire time! Jim Norton goes above and beyond. I was rear ended at a stop light. They fixed my car, dealt with the insurance company, and even cleaned my car!!! My car looks brand new!!! I have not had any bad experiences with them!!

Picked up the Toyota Highlander today and the paint match looks good. The suv was rear ended and they did a good job fixing it. They even detailed the whole suv exterior.

I have a car that was damaged and in the shop and its nothing you want to deal with. HOWEVER...Jerry is my rep and he is awesome. A guy named Hawk is great as well he text me pictures of my car so I could send it to a 3rd party. The whole staff is amazing and nice. Jerry answered every question quickly and made me feel as though he was sitting on my side of the table. I have a wrapped vehicle and 3rd parties are involved so its a pain. These guys are awesome. Thank you and I will not go any where else!!!

Jerry and his team at the Collision Center are awesome! Ive taken my vehicles to them every time Ive needed work done and will continue to do so. They truly care about you and your vehicle and go above and beyond.

I had a recall on one of the parts and visited them at least 3 times. Every time they would say they were ordering parts and never heard back. NOw when I called back after a few months they say the recall expired and need to call Toyota customer service, on top of it, I was asked why I didnt call back. Very poor customer service.

They do a great job and very friendly. Goes the extra steps to make happy customers.

A while back, could not get anybody to answer their phone regarding work previously done by another body shop. Consequently, would never consider using this body shop for anything.

Great experience. Had my rear bumper replaced on a 2017 Silverado. I even asked for an estimate for some custom work and instead of pushing anything on me they referred me to another shop that specializes in what I wanted done. Honesty and good customer service goes a long way.

Just had a great experience with Jerry and the Jim Norton Collision Center. He gave us multiple updates, the car was finished ahead of schedule and they even buffed out a few light door dings on the other side. This was our second time to do business here and if we get hit again, this is where we will take the vehicle.

This place had my car for over two weeks before they even provided an estimate. It it had been drivable I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Months later still having issues getting them to fix issue from wreck in October. We told them that the driveshaft was damaged from the wreck but they were not concerned. Now we are still without a vehicle and fighting to get it covered. I will never return and tell anyone I know not to do business with them.
