I called them up the other day and it was an awful experience. First, as soon as the line picked up there was a banging sound, almost like the phone being hit against something repeatedly, and then a few seconds later a woman answered with a very annoyed tone. I said hello and asked a question and she got upset and practically yelled at me. Very bad customer service.
